"This hotel offers good value for money, and the weekend rates aren't much higher than weekdays. You can enjoy bay views from the window. The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from Gimpo Airport and the subway station. The timetable was sent in an email before check-in. You only need to book the airport shuttle at the front desk; for others, you can just hop on. The downside is that the air conditioning in the room didn't seem to be adjustable. Even after turning it down, it remained quite warm, so I had to open the window to cool down."

"We got a nice welcome greeting by the staff when checking in. The staff explained the details to us professionally. Moreover, the room is big and cozy for our family with a 11-year-old kid. Based on other’s review, we spent some time in the rooftop at night to watch the firework of Everland. Restaurants and convenience stores were located nearby and we had dinner at the restaurant right across the road after our Caribbean Bay visit. What’s more, the breakfast was amazingly great with a variety of food. All of us had a big feast in the morning. Will definitely stay here again next time."

"I stayed here for a concert at Goyang Stadium. When I was leaving for the concert, the hotel staff gave me two heat packs because it was cold, along with some delicious Korean snacks. There were also complimentary drinks available anytime, which was wonderful. Thank you!"

"It’s walking distance to the waterbomb, great place to stay. The day before my reservation, I spent all day in the ER because I got a virus that got me really sick. I called the hotel to explain my situation and try to cancel. I said I could send them proof, but they immediately refused to cancel. I had to maintain my booking plans, so I don’t lose my $240 dlls reservation. The next day, Trip.com contacted me and said that even if the hotel don’t want to refund me for the cancellation, they would cover the cancellation because they understand it is a medical situation. I appreciate that, but I had to head over to Seoul, which is 3 hours away from where I live, so I decided to keep my booking. Trip stayed in contact with me at all times. 5 stars to Trip.com for that; that's why every time I travel, I make reservations with Trip.com because if anything happens, I know they will have me covered. On the other hand, in the hotel, breakfast was not included, and it was unlimited until 10 am. My friends and I got there around 9:45 am; we were informed they would take away the food at 10, and we agreed with it and paid for breakfast, which was like 16 dlls each? We got to the buffet, and there were items that were empty, no drinks, barely any stuff in there. I had to ask for orange juice and yogurt from the personnel working around the kitchen area, and they kindly refilled it. Personally, I don't think there should be a need to ask for it, there was other table eating there what if they wanted something else? When I asked the cashier if I could get a banana because the last pieces were taken, he replied with “whatever is in there, that is it”. We were still in the range of time that they are supposed to be open for customers who are already consuming, in case they want to eat more. But unfortunately, we paid normal price for their leftovers. At 10:15 am, when we were still eating at the table, the cashier passed by looking at our table and looking at the watch, like telling us to hurry up. Then he came to the table and told us they were closed; we barely got to grab food once at the buffet, and we were being hurried to leave. The cashier turned off the music, and later on the lights; he just stayed looking at us in front of our table while we tried to enjoy our breakfast. If we knew it was gonna be like that, we would've just found a different place to have breakfast."

"There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, and I basically ate out every day during my business trip. There are also many bus routes nearby, plus a shopping mall called Times Terrace where you can find pretty much anything you need. From the airport, take the 8837 bus and get off at Ramada Hotel stop, then it's about a 6-minute walk to the hotel. It's super convenient for transport, food, and accommodation."

"Nice and modern, clean rooms, comfortable bed.  I like the hotel - it's on the 3rd floor of a mall with lots of restaurants so you have places to eat.  I didn't like the cheap slippers and TV channels like CNN needs to be paid for.  Otherwise, a pleasant stay and would definitely consider this place again for business trips to Pangyo. "

"The front desk staff generally speak English, making both check-in and check-out quick and efficient. Downstairs, there's a convenience store where you can pay with WeChat, which is super handy. There's also a BBQ restaurant, and plenty of other restaurants and shopping malls nearby. The room was a duplex with a small balcony that had a table and chairs, offering a decent view. It's a shame I was on a business trip and didn't have much time to explore. At just under 400, the price for a 300+ room wasn't too bad."

"The environment is great, the owner is Chinese, the rooms are easy to find, the service is excellent, the location is superb yet the price is reasonable, the hotel has complete facilities, including a water dispenser and microwave to meet daily needs."

"This was my second stay at this hotel for a business trip within a month and a half. Since it's a new property, the overall environment is very bright, though it might not be ideal for those sensitive to formaldehyde, as some rooms still have a strong smell. This time, the bathroom in my room looked fine on the surface, but the water drained incredibly slowly, forcing me to leave the door open while showering. I reported it to the front desk, but the issue wasn't resolved by the next evening, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the hotel only offers a simple Western breakfast, which might get boring quickly for guests staying for an extended period. However, the rooms are equipped with a washing machine and a cooking hob, making it very suitable for long-term business travelers."
