"The hotel was in a great location, the pool was nice but closed often. I think they are working on the chemical levels or something. The food was good on the buffet but it was the exact same thing every day, so by day 6 we were ready for our next resort. The staff was great and they solved any issues we had. The walls are thin but as long as there aren't any large groups it should be fine. They also treated us with wine and decorated or room which was very nice!"

As a result, after eating the meal on the first night, I called the guest to ask the guest to pay for the meal. The service staff said that it was deducted for three days. You are really drunk. You are a fairy in the sky. Can you predict that the guests will eat at your place for three days? Afterwards, the guest called me to confirm that it was all-inclusive, and went to the front desk of the hotel the next morning. During this period, I contacted Ctrip customer service. Ctrip customer service was very good. I immediately contacted the hotel for verification. The front desk read the English confirmation form and knew If it is all-inclusive, I changed my mind and said that the deposit is charged. If you are drunk, you can do whatever you say. Here comes the good show, when I went to eat for lunch, I was asked to pay again. After everyone went crazy, I went to the front desk again to give the all-inclusive meal bracelet to the guests. It's also a rare encounter in a thousand years."

"When I checked in, I was upgraded to a deluxe room, facing the bay, and there was a jacuzzi in the room. The breakfast was very good. The bacon was the best bacon I had ever eaten. It was not greasy and would not be as crisp as the American bacon. The meat was tight, but it was not firewood and hard, and the pork was full. The hotel is in a good location, close to the business district, but very quiet, and there is no noise at night. The only downside: the prepaid room rate has included taxes, and the so-called government tax of $4 per night has not been charged."

"The staff were wonderful , purpose of visit was to celebrate my birthday and it was a wonderful evening. With this said i believe the amenities need to be kept to standard. The cabanas were in urgent need of cleaning they wer all covered wiyh green moss ánd the pool needs a refurbishment"

"The booking said taxes and fees were included in the price. However, I was made to pay 43.20 ECD as a “government head tax” and they would not accept that this was included. The receptionist kept us waiting for no reason and had a very dismissive manner, eg not liking the official NHS vaccination proof because she thought it should be a card. Very rude. The hotel itself was good though, very clean and comfortable. If they had receptionists with a more customer friendly manner and made clear that taxes are not included I would have given a much better review. "

L’hôtel est très bien situé, vous pouvez prendre le taxis et vous déplacer où vous voulez, il y a un MALL juste à côté ainsi qu’un KFC, néanmoins, nous sommes déçu du petit déjeuner, il n’est pas assez varié mais fait l’affaire quand même, et sachez que la chambre donne sur un espace partagé avec d’autres chambres. Les photos ne sont pas vraiment représentatives du standing attendu au vu du prix.

I checked in super late (after 11 pm) due to a flight delay but the staff at Stephanie's Apartments were super accommodating. I felt welcomed. I was shown my room and all the amenities (AC, Netflix, wifi password); I came down in the morning asking if there was a coffee shop nearby and Chef Kym offered to make a fresh one for me (for Free!) The 2 beautiful ladies Lubin and Maynard spoke about Rugby, Football and Cricket with me (I was there to see the ICC World Cup cricket match between India and Australia). Nice friendly staff, perfect location and a very pleasant overall experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Royalton in Saint Lucia, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. Their warm hospitality made all the difference. The location was absolutely stunning—breathtaking views of the ocean, lush tropical surroundings, and the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, with a private swim up pool that provided the most incredible sunsets.
