A very good hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The bathroom was large. There was a wide selection for breakfast, and everything was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend it! 👌👍

The overall experience was good, but we did have some trouble getting in and out of the parking lot. I encountered a problem when I was preparing to leave the parking lot on the first day. The system did not lift the barrier. I went to the front desk to inquire, but the receptionist was very busy and had almost no time to take care of me. After asking a simple question, I didn't dare to bother them anymore and had to stand by and wait for a long time. There was a friend and his child waiting in the car, so I had no choice but to ask again. The other party told me to drive to the gate and they would lift the barrier remotely. But I did as instructed and the gate still didn't respond. So I went back to the front desk for help (the front desk was busy and the phone couldn't be reached, so I had to ask in person), and this time the other party said they would help me lift the pole. I drove again and finally got out successfully. The whole process took at least half an hour. I thought it was just an isolated incident, but I encountered the same problem again the next day. This time I called for help and they said they would lift the pole later, but after they hung up I tried again and again without success. I plucked up the courage to call again and the person on the other end asked me if I had tried it before. I explained that I had tried it many times, and then she said she would contact Unipark and then hung up. After waiting for a while, a staff member came over. Although he didn't speak English, I understood what he meant through gestures - he asked me to turn around and take the staff passage. Finally left successfully

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. It is noted that there were no swabs in the bathroom, so the dryer could not be swabs. The only room was behind the bed (unusable since there was no room to move it) or at the end in a quite inaccessible space. The room was cleaned and cleaned.

This time, I stayed here as part of a journey tracing the footsteps of Chiune Sugihara, and it did not disappoint. The hotel faces the main street, with restaurants and shops nearby, making it convenient for sightseeing. The rooms, with the stately construction characteristic of historic buildings and modern comfort, were perfect for relieving the fatigue of travel. What left a particularly strong impression was the courteous service of the staff. They willingly answered questions about Chiune Sugihara and their deep knowledge of history was impressive. If you visit Kaunas, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I recently stayed here for one night, and while my experience was brief, there were definitely some highlights worth mentioning. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was clean, cozy, and had all the basic amenities I needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a good night's rest. While my stay was just okay overall, I can see the potential for a truly great experience here. And with a few small improvements (which is in progress at the moment with renovation works) it could easily stand out even more. The seat is very close to the ancient city, and the front desk is very enthusiastic. If I ask, they will tell me where the parking fee system is. However, I was given a ticket after I exceeded the time, and they were also very enthusiastic to help deal with it! Worth recommending!
