"Every two months we come from Lipata to Iloilo for immigration, tourist visa. Our favorite place to stay is Zuri Hotel! Very beautiful place, right next to SM Mall! The kids love the pool area and the buffet breakfast! I like ordering in food and laying back in the room! My wife loves the family shopping at the mall! I like the hot shower! Their foods are delicious! Everytime we call for ice or service, they're ringing our door bell in minutes! Staff is very friendly! We all love taking pictures there!"

"The service was good, the hotel is being cleaned regulary, the staffs are courteous the place is serene and quiet far from the party noise of boracay. And the breakfast buffet is good lots of selections and they keep on refilling the food warmers for the guests, plus the million dollar view! we never mind paying for e-trike whenever we want to go somewhere. I just didnt like the front desk keeps calling for the checkout notice even though i told her that were ready to check out and just needs a minute to pack some our things, besides we checked in late like 6pm btw we checked out at 12:20pm though So far, this is the best hennan hotel for me."

"Overall, I really liked everything. The hosts are very pleasant and welcoming; they even gave us a cute box of cookies for Christmas, which was so sweet. They're always ready to help if you need anything, so I'll definitely be back. The rooms might not be the newest, but they don't charge exorbitant prices for them either. It's a good place!!! However, the photo of the beach right nearby is misleading."

"As a group of 11 travelers, our overall experience was very good, particularly because we availed of the hotel's airport transfer service. The transfer process was seamless, efficient, and exceptionally well-organized. From the hotel to the airport, the entire journey took less than 30 minutes. The transfer team deserves special recognition for their professionalism and strict adherence to schedules. They clearly prioritize ensuring that guests do not miss their flights, and their dedication was truly commendable. Check-in was also a pleasant surprise, as we were accommodated earlier than the usual check-in time. All of our requests were attended to and fulfilled, which we greatly appreciated. The buffet food was enjoyable, with a good variety of dishes that changed daily. It was nice to see different options each morning instead of the same menu being repeated. However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. One concern was the breakfast area. There was no covered walkway connecting certain sections, which became problematic during heavy rain. Since we were traveling with a baby, it was inconvenient and unsafe to walk through the rain, especially as the pathways became slippery. Even providing umbrellas in the breakfast area would have been a thoughtful touch. These small details may seem minor, but they significantly impact the overall guest experience. The air conditioning in our Deluxe Room was also not as cold as expected. In addition, the balcony was practically unusable because the outdoor air-conditioning unit was located there, generating considerable heat and making the space uncomfortable. Another inconvenience was the replenishment of bathroom amenities. Rather than having them proactively restocked, guests needed to call housekeeping each time additional items were required. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and many aspects of the service were excellent. However, I believe the hotel would benefit from paying greater attention to the small details. Thoughtful and intentional touches are often what elevate a good stay into a truly exceptional one."

"We had an overall wonderful experience at Henann Crystal Sands Resort. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always smiling. Everyone was genuinely helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The airport transfer was very smooth, and the team helped us with our luggage from start to finish. Early check-in was kindly permitted, which was extremely helpful as we were traveling with our 11-month-old baby. The baby cot provided was the cleanest we have ever seen, which gave us great peace of mind. Breakfast was decent with a good variety, and the seafood buffet dinner was absolutely amazing—we enjoyed it twice during our one-week stay. The pool bar had a great atmosphere, and the food there was also very good. The sky pool offered a beautiful view, especially at sunset, and was one of the highlights of the resort. The massage service was excellent. We tried both the poolside massage and the in-room massage, and both were very relaxing and professionally done. The beach in front of the hotel was the cleanest and whitest we saw on the island, making it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. We would definitely stay at Henann Crystal Sands again on our next trip to Boracay and highly recommend it, especially for families with young children."

"The staff are very accommodating. Front desk officers are polite and neat looking. Pool is kind of heated. Its not cold but maybe because of the hot weather. Medyo matapang lang yung chlorine kaya nag react yung skin ko but over all the place is relaxing, walk to the beach is ok. Nice staff even si kuya guard. Restaurant staff are friendly also, Chef looks serious but friendly. Thank you chef for cooking us bacon for breakfast since its not included on the buffet, hehehe! Kuddos to you Henann Lagoon. Will definitely recommend this to my family and friends. Good job everyone!"

"This is my 2nd time to stay here. As always fast and easy checked in. Staffs were nice and accommodating. My 1st stay before was all good. But the recent stay had some bits of problems 1st one have some bit foul smell but that I just didn't mind 2nd one the aircon leaked twice:First while we were asleep ended up my nephew's school work being soaked . Second one in the morning. 3rd:The blinds fell twice. Good thing they're fast to fix it the moment u call . Hopefully no more happening like this next time."

"This is our go to hotel in Boracay. In our last 5 trips to Boracay, we never changed our hotel only Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa. Great service, the staffs are polite and very generous to their guests and even gave us a room upgrade when they learned that it was a celebration of my daughter's graduation. We will definitely go back!"

"This hotel resort is in a prime location on Boracay beach and is the best hotel i have stayed in so far, i was lucky to secure a beach front room and was so happy when i entered the room, very plesent atmosphere streaight from the greeting at the Front Foyer to the room, I enjoyed the food the Pools within the resort and the restraunt was amazing. i will return on my next visit to Boracay"

"Covenience, comfort,quality service could have been perfect if there is a pool. Check in and check out is quick and smooth. Food is really good. The place is more worth than what you pay. The location is very convenient as there's restaurants, cafe, atms nearby. Walking distance from Mcdonalds.The room is clean and kept tidy with complete, toilettries. I love the sleepers and just like any Seda hotels their service is excellent! And if theres something i want to recommend to the management is to check the slightest trouble with water pressure."
