I had a wonderful stay at Paradise Garden Resort. The resort truly lives up to its name — the surroundings are beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere. The pool area and garden were perfect for unwinding, and the location was great — close to the beach and restaurants, yet quiet enough to feel private. Breakfast and dining options were good, though a bit more variety would make it even better. Overall, it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy a tropical getaway. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I enjoyed my stay in Henann Regency Resort and Spa. Hassle free from the airport to hotel service. The employees are very friendly and accommodating. Their buffet was so good as well. I highly recommend this hotel when going to Boracay. See you again on Jan 2026!

Amazing service at this hotel, the staff go above and beyond at every step to help you, and they were extremely polite and friendly the whole stay. The rooms were light and spacious, but I would recommend garden view over the pool view because of a loud fire show that happens poolside every evening at around 8pm. The hotel undersold it's proximity to the beach, it is less than 5 minutes from hotel to the water, and they have a great towel system where you can borrow from the hotel and take it with you. They also have sunbeds on the beach reserved just for hotel guests. The hotel itself has 4 pools, 2 of which are connected to rooms. One pool has the bar attached, and the final pool at the end closest to the beach is quiet (and with less children!) Plenty of sunbeds available with comfortable mats, tables, and umbrellas. The only part of the stay that was underwhelming was the food - the area that the hotel has made for the restaurant is open-air, and so the pastries were crawling with flies every morning. It was also very busy every day due to limited space, and there weren't a lot of options.

My family had a really nice stay at Azalea. The location was strategic, just 3mins walk from the hotel. Near savemore, ATM and 10mins away from d’mall by foot. We booked the 2 bedroom suite for our family of 6. The breakfast in Kuya J restaurant had variety of food. And the best part was the customer service. The hotel staff are great. They attend to all of our request. Just one thing I think that needs improvement, smell of the pillows. But overall, all’s good.

I recently stayed at Henann Palm Boracay and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and everything was kept in perfect condition. The location was ideal—close to major attractions and restaurants, but still quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the on-site pool and restaurant which added to the overall comfort and convenience of the stay. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the service was always friendly and efficient. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Staff will really be welcoming and helpful, the whole airport and activies transfer service was seamless and smooth. The room was lovely but you can tell they see heavy use as bits of feature walls were chipped, balcony light didnt work and there were some existing stains on furniture (this worried us because we were advised of fines for this and did not want to face blame unjustly.) This being said, daily house keeping was outstanding and the cleaners were great. They were responsive to requests and the 'goodnight' check ups were a great touch. location is perfect for everything and there were lovely relaxed vibes all around.

Located on the plaza just off the white beach, which is like a sanctuary for the pedestrian and commercial chaos of the beach promenade. 5 minute walk to the other side of the island to Bolabog Beach. Nice pool, big rooms and friendly staff. Will stay there again.

Here’s your review translated into English: --- Villa Caemilla is an excellent hotel — cozy, stylish, with a true love for details and little touches. In the room, there were fresh flowers and branches, hand cream and soap in glass bottles, wine glasses and a corkscrew, and a minibar. It’s just a two-minute walk to the beach, practically on the first line. The staff are always friendly and ready to help — everyone smiles and greets guests, and you truly feel like a valued guest, surrounded by care. We had both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, and everything was perfect — fresh food, clean, and delicious. Thank you so much for the hospitality, and please keep your unique atmosphere that makes us want to come back. We stayed in August and everything was wonderful — we swam and enjoyed the sun! With lovely greetings, Ms Marina and family

The experience was superb! We booked two rooms for a three-night stay, and my friend kept praising how excellent the service was. It truly felt like a VIP experience, with staff greeting you warmly every time you entered or left the hotel. The breakfast was also nice. While the choices were the usual, the cakes tasted exceptionally good. We also enjoyed the massage—I tried it twice because it was that good. I truly recommend this hotel and commend the staff for their hospitality. I just hope they maintain the quality of their rooms, which are still in good condition. There were only some rusty spots in the corners of the bathroom—a little retouching would easily fix that. All in all, it was a lovely experience.

I have been to some 5 star hotel and here are some of cons that I found from this hotel which starts from when I asked at the front desk to have no MUR for the whole stay and just leave the toiletries at the front desk and I will just drop by to get it from there. While on a DND sign, the housekeeping knocked on my door bringing the amenities and toiletries which rushed me from washing my face to get the toiletries. The second one is the harsh drop of phone call from front desk. My ears hurts bad from the drop of telephone of front desk while I was to the end of my sentence. Please let the guest drop the call first. Although, smooth check-in and very well appreciated preparation for birthday celebrant. Got my room upgraded as I want a bathtub. Everything was great upon check-in. If you want good options for breakfast you need to eat early and also I don’t have that much of option since I have food allergies.

YYson VlogThey upgraded us to a villa room near the pool area, as Im with my Senior parents, The hotel has no lift, so better if you are with senior book the lower ground floor, Then got briefing after check in, if want to clean the room leave the key at the counter, however our room was not clean as per the briefing. The food was nice, mostly cooked without oil, except for the fried chicken. The room a but old but acceptable. Overall is ok. With souvenir bracelet personalized with your name

HHaydarSavoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast is a four-star establishment located in the Newcoast area of Boracay. Opened in 2017, the hotel offers 559 chic rooms, two large swimming pools, and access to a 295-meter private white sand beach. Guests have praised its serene location, away from the crowded main stations, providing a more private and relaxing experience. The hotel also offers amenities such as a fitness center, spa, and multiple dining options, including the Savoy Café. A standout feature of the hotel is its staff, particularly an employee named Maddie. Multiple guests have highlighted Maddie’s exceptional service in their reviews. One guest described their experience as the “Best Guest Experience From Maddie,” emphasizing her role in enhancing their stay. Another review titled “Thanks Maddie” reflects appreciation for her attentive service. Additionally, a guest at the Savoy Café mentioned, “Maddie is the best,” indicating her positive impact in the dining area. Overall, the combination of the hotel’s amenities and the exceptional service provided by staff members like Maddie contributes to a memorable and enjoyable stay at Savoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast.

DDen4iikkkThis review is genuine, without embellishment. Excellent hotel. Thank you to the hotel and all the staff for a wonderful stay! The hotel staff are very friendly and smiling, they will help you with everything and guide you in everything, they are always willing to accommodate you. Clean and spacious rooms. The grounds are huge. There is a 7-Eleven across the street from the hotel. The beach is practically private. This information would have been important to me when choosing a hotel in the Philippines. There are almost no waves on this beach, unlike the main white beach. There are almost no people, you swim almost alone, no one will bother you. The entrance to the water is perfect. The sand is gorgeous. There are no sea urchins. It's the perfect place for snorkeling! Say hi to Nemo, the clownfish. It's the perfect place for photos. The hotel has an excellent breakfast and restaurant, with reasonable prices. We almost always ate there. Everything is very tasty. They also held Chill and Grill events, where they serve excellent burgers! You can get to the center by free shuttle or order a tuk-tuk for 300 pesos. It's a very long walk, so we always used these transportation services. Thanks to the hotel, we have the most pleasant and positive impressions. We went there for our wedding anniversary, and they gave us a very pleasant and nice surprise. If you are choosing a hotel, I guarantee you won't go wrong with this one. Thank you!

CCallum TOverall a disappointing stay with Crimson. It started off bad and really never improved sadly. Our flight into Caticlan was delayed 5 hours, arriving at 19:30. I was in communication with Crimson throughout the delay updating them on our progress and estimated arrival time. They had warned me that they don’t organise transfers after 8pm. However, upon arrival they had left us to transit to the hotel via a third party provider. This provider was fine, and did their job, but it was a transfer that involved stopping at 3 other hotels - very much not the private 5 star experience we had been promised, taking 1 hour and a half. The fact they did not wait until 8pm, when other resorts were prepared and waiting, was a big disappointment. The transfer was eventually provided for free after our experience - which to be honest is the bare minimum. It’s insane I even had to pay for the transfer considering most 5 star hotels would provide this for free. Whilst the rooms were fine, the service was extremely disappointing throughout. Check-in took ages, and for some reason there is no aircon in anywhere outside the restaurants and rooms, so we were stuck sweating after an 8 hour journey whilst waiting the 30 minutes to check in. Additionally, every single request we made was either ignored or took ages. I had requested decorations in the room to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, but received nothing. I managed to get things organised whilst there, but after requesting matches to light a candle, these never arrived. Add on the fact we would have to request water multiple times before any showed up and it was all just very frustrating. We had booked a sea view room, but were unable to fully enjoy it as it was located directly in front of the infinity pool, with guests able to see directly into the privacy of our bedroom due to the lack of any noticeable tinting on the windows. The rooms were also not soundproofed, and we had to wake up early every day to the sounds of screaming children using the pool in front of our room. No amenities were on offer - no access to water bottles without requesting or paying, no access to coffee without paying, no welcome or departure drinks, no free water on the beach (which is seriously just dangerous). Crimson certainly has a 5 star beach and sea. The access to the beach is superb and the sand and sea were typically excellent, but it’s not as if Crimson has control over these things. In fact despite the environmental fee, I regularly saw some litter in the sea and on the beach. It felt very budget in the way they treat you. There are shuttles to the centre but these run almost every 3 hours and are often packed, offered on a first come first serve basis. Every little thing is charged too. For a check out at 12pm instead of 11am, it’s 2000PHP. There’s no way to charge anything to rooms to pay upon check out (like every other hotel) if you do not have a credit card. Debit cards are no good for the deposit apparently. We just stayed at Piece Lio in El Nido, which was far far far superior. It’s a real shame because Crimson does not do service to a terrific sea and stunning location. It may be the most modern 5 star hotel on the island but honestly just pay the extra and go to the Shangri-La. It’s almost as if they knew how bad it was. We weren’t even asked how our stay was upon checking out, as if they were dreading the answer. It felt like an American diner leaving, where they just wanted us out the room as quickly as possible to make space for their next cash cow. We even arrived at the airport 3 hours early for a domestic flight for some reason.

SSteiger_UKOf course. Here is a short, glowing review for the Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay. *** ### **Absolute Perfection from Start to Finish** **★★★★★** My stay at the Mövenpick was exceptional. True 5-star service—from the swift, chilled airport transfer to the warm, personalized check-in. The property is stunning, with immaculate pools and lush gardens. My room was spacious and, clean and modern. While it's a premium resort, the level of service, the incredible breakfast spread, and the impeccable amenities make it worth every peso. The private beach is the cherry on top. Pure bliss.

GGuest User⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3 out of 5 stars) We stayed at Boracay Haven Laguna and overall had a good experience. The pools were fantastic, the breakfast was great, and the staff — especially the massage team — were always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that left me disappointed. On our first day, we didn’t have hot water, and when I used the kettle, it leaked and ended up burning my hand. I mentioned it to the front desk before heading out for dinner, but later that evening, we heard laughter coming from the same area. I asked if they were laughing about my situation — they said no, it was about another guest — but the timing made the experience uncomfortable. I was also surprised that no one seemed to take the safety issue seriously, especially since I had my 4-year-old with me. To make things worse, even the bucket of ice we were given was leaking. Despite that, most of the staff were wonderful, and the facilities were lovely. It’s a nice place overall, but that one incident left a bad impression — so I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

CChelley BWe had a wonderful stay at Hue Hotels Boracay! The staff were very accommodating and friendly — they always made us feel welcome. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and my son really enjoyed swimming there every day. The location is also great, just a few minutes from the beach and very accessible to restaurants and shops. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. 马丽We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and every staff member was caring and incredibly friendly. We especially appreciated the beach staff and the excellent service they provided. The breakfasts, although not huge, offered a great selection and were just perfect for us. The rooms were always clean, with no reminders needed. There were also fun activities for the kids, which was a nice touch. A special thank you to Ben, who took great care of us. We also loved the small thoughtful touches the hotel provided, such as the beach bags and the Christmas tree photo opportunity—both of which were free and created wonderful memories for us. I also want to highlight the fantastic work of the staff at the beach and by the pools. Ben, in particular, made a great impression by remembering the names of my children and frequently addressing them personally. Additionally, the ice cream and popcorn offered to both kids and adults was a lovely gesture that we truly enjoyed. We had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. I’m sure we will be back again.
