He took my health issues into consideration like a big brother to ensure my stay went as smoothly as possible. I don't even have words to describe this gentleman's kindness and thoughtfulness towards his guests. I recommend it 200% to everyone visiting Djerba. You must experience this place where you feel right at home. I can't wait to see you again in the near future. This was just a goodbye for now. "The hotel is very warm and clean and beautiful room is pleasant whether it is in family couple or even alone ! The staff is in the small care for any request or claim at any time! Advice to find places calling taxi and even doctor in case of need ( lived person my sister is falling there he has brought us a huge help call from the ambulance doctor and always asks news ) The servers are de-amour ! Price a little cheap ( to drink ) Swimming pool clean beach like cleaning rooms nothing to say it is directly respectable At the top nothing to say much thank for your welcome !"

"Introduction I have been traveling since the age of 16 and I am 50, I have visited the best hotels in the world I stayed for 2 days and I can say that apart from the price of around 180 euros per night for a double room the hotel is not worth a 3 star rating. There is no hook in the shower for robes Sink knobs with hot written in French and cold written in English!! Fixed shower that doesn't move and you can't adjust the flow of water! For the lights in the room there is no general switch to turn everything off from the bed and therefore you have to get up to do it Room safe not working and you are forced to use the one in reception every time. Lack of simple things like an umbrella for customers in case of rain!!! Lack of enough sockets to charge cell phones and other things Bathtub without hydromassage Positives Friendly and helpful hotel staff Very good and plentiful breakfast"
