The Green Park Ankara Oteli'nde kaldığım süre boyunca oda imkanlarından ve hizmetlerinden çok memnun kaldım. Kaldığım odanın boyutları, konumu ve manzarası çok iyiydi. Odanın temizliği de kaldığım dört gün boyunca düzenli olarak yapıldı. Özellikle kat hizmetleri görevlileri çok nazikti ve isteklerimi kısa süre içinde yerine getirdi. Daha önceki konaklamalarıma göre otelin çok daha düzenli olduğunu gözlemledim. Sabun, şampuan gibi ürünlerin dışında odada tıraş seti ve diş fırçası seti verilmesi çok yerinde olmuş. Önceki kaldığım dönemlerde diğer konukların gürültülerinden ve dışarıdaki gürültülerden çok rahatsız olmuştum. Bu sefer böyle bir gürültü işitmedim veya herhangi bir rahatsızlık hissetmedim. Oteldeki çalışanların da eskisine göre daha ilgili olduğunu hissettim. Daha önceki gelişlerimde de en çok kahvaltısından memnun kalmıştım. Bu sefer, öğlen verilen yemekleri ve tatlıları da tatma fırsatım oldu. Otelde sunulan yemekler gayet lezzetli ve çeşitliydi. Tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ediyorum.

I give this hotel 90 points! very good! The location is excellent, it only takes 10 minutes by taxi from the long-distance bus terminal! There are many restaurants and shops on both sides! Very convenient! Go right for 8 minutes and you will reach the beautiful Kukatpi Mosque Kocatepe Camil! The hotel facilities are very new and clean, the lobby waiters are polite and will help with luggage, and the front desk staff, although they don't understand English very well, also tried their best to help us with our needs! There are many options for breakfast too! I live in a room on the first floor, facing the street! A total of 3 nights, every morning and evening was very quiet! So we were well rested! We are very satisfied with this hotel. If I come back from other cities, I will definitely choose to stay here again! Great value for money thanks to the hotel staff! The location is great. There is a park nearby. It is 15 minutes away from the downtown area. You can go shopping. If you are tired, the hotel also has a sauna, which is very touching.

A magnificent hotel in every way. The rooms are very comfortable, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I requested a room on the upper floors, they did not refuse my request and prepared a very nice room. The reception answers all your questions and needs, they are very attentive and friendly. The hotel is in the heart of Tunali, safe and within walking distance to important points. Thanks to housekeeping ( especially to Cigdem), room service and all the staff at the reception.

Ordinary hotel, average feeling. The facilities feel old, the room is small, the waiter is very considerate, the location is good, the service is good, and the breakfast is small.

I was informed that my booking was not paid when I have actually paid in advance through trip.com. The receptionist at that time was not very fluent in english so I had problems communicating. Thankfully they let me check in for the night but they said that I might need to pay during checkout tomorrow. I was very grateful that my sister was able to connect to the Trip.com customer service at Singapore and was able to resolve this issue. The other receptionist that I met during checkout was more fluent in English and was very helpful with helping us with the issue. I managed to resolve this and was able to enjoy my breakfast with ease

This hotel in Ankara city center is a peaceful haven amidst the hustle and bustle. While the surrounding area seemed a bit chaotic upon arrival (Turkey is undergoing a lot of construction everywhere), the hotel itself was clean and tidy, and the staff were warm and friendly. The breakfast spread was also excellent; I particularly enjoyed the jams and bread. It feels like the hotel has been recently renovated within the last couple of years, so the facilities look very new and clean – it even has a slight resemblance to Chinese budget hotels. It's definitely much cleaner than other similarly priced hotels I stayed at in Selçuk and Pamukkale. Overall, highly recommended.

Amazing hotel, with amazing staff. You’ll get treated as if you are in a 5 star hotel. They have all sorts of services and amenities, including laundry and spa. But since you’re in turkey, I recommend you go to the Sultan Hamami Turkish Bath just across the road, for more excellent customer experience.

If I ever return to Ankara, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the location, right in the heart of Ankara, was very convenient. The breakfast was also very satisfying. Buying breakfast at a nearby restaurant is more expensive and less tasty.
