Xiqiao Mountain, known together with Luofu Mountain (also known as Dongqiao Mountain) as the 'Two Qiaos' of Southern Yue, is located in the southwest of Nanhai District, Foshan City, and is a dormant volcano that has been silent for hundreds of millions of years. The cliff walls are covered with inscriptions left by people from the Qing Dynasty, and the Qing scholars Lijian and He Danshan once lived here to write poetry and paint. The 'Listening Waterfall Pavilion' and 'Exquisite Path' are thrilling and full of adventure. After passing through, you reach Biyun Village. Baiyun Cave: Located at the northern foot of Xiqiao Mountain, it has become a blessed land shared by Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism. The cave is divided into three grotto heavens and twenty-four scenic spots, and the 'Thousand Feet of Flowing Water' was listed as one of the Eight Scenic Spots of Yangcheng during the Qing Dynasty. Baofeng Temple, with a history of over 600 years, is located at an altitude of 346 meters and has the tallest Guanyin statue, Guanyin exit, coming to the Azalea Garden, with its richly colored azaleas, check in at the ancient Baiyun Temple Biyun Village, the village retains mainly the architectural clusters of civilian residences from the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China period, including the ancient Fu's Villa, a cultural relic protection unit of Foshan City, after visiting Biyun Village. Bamboo Garden Station, you can first visit the Camellia Garden, to see the camellias that cover the mountains. Then from the Nature Education Path, climb up to Jiguan Peak. In the spring, Sifang Bamboo Garden presents a scene of lush greenery. Standing on the viewing platform, the view of the surrounding mountains is spectacular.
