Ba Na Hills - Da Nang, Vietnam

Ba Na Hills in Da Nang is an amusement park built on the site of an early 20th century French colonial village. It can be visited as a day trip, preferably for a full day, or you can stay in one of the hotels for a few days. Here you can walk between copies of ancient buildings (the atmosphere and architecture of the old French resort is recreated), admire the views from the observation platforms, visit the temple and the statue of a seated Buddha 24 meters high, ride the highest cable car in the world, walk along the Golden Bridge, visit the wax museum, walk through beautiful themed gardens, play golf and much more. Mount Ba Na Hills is located 30 kilometers from the center of Da Nang. Public transport from Da Nang does not go to the mountain, so you can get there either with an organized tour or on your own.
