Nanning - Unwilling to Check Out - High-end, Classy Atmosphere

Took advantage of the Easter holiday to visit Nanning, and the first stop was the well-located Nanning Xinwei Marriott. The location of Nanning Xinwei Marriott is quite good, right next to Hangyang City when you step out, and the best shopping mall in my opinion, Wanda Plaza, is not far away, about a ten-minute walk. This time I stayed in an executive suite, the room is a bit old with a slight musty smell, the bathroom is not big, and the bathtub is quite small. However, there are many cabinets that are empty when opened, and surprisingly there is no mouthwash provided (even after calling the front desk, they said they don't provide it) which is a negative point! The welcome fruit was three monk fruits, which is quite characteristic of Guangxi. The executive lounge is small, and although the Happy Hour selection is not extensive, the dishes are quite substantial and taste very good. The breakfast offers a wide variety, and it's quite characteristic, especially the noodle station which has many choices, and the taste is also good, feeling like one of the better breakfasts I've had recently. The swimming pool is not big but the water quality is good, the gym has everything you need, including a professional inbody scale, and the decor is also nice. However, there was no staff to turn on the sauna when I wanted to use it, only to find it wasn't turned on. Hardware: 6/10 Service: 7/10 Dining: 8/10 Location: 8/10 Price: 9/10 Overall, the stay at Nanning Marriott was quite good, although a bit old, both the lounge and breakfast offerings are good, and the location is great. If you want to stay in the city center, it's a very good choice (there's also a hidden gem of a cake shop nearby on this trip, the cheesecake is delicious and the price around 500 is very cost-effective)
