Sha County is famous for its snacks and has been recognized as the 'Hometown of Chinese Snacks' and 'Famous City of Chinese Snack Culture'. It represented Fujian Province as the only catering variety at the 'China Food Street' pavilion during the Shanghai World Expo and has successfully settled in the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse and the People's Congress canteen in Beijing. According to incomplete statistics, there are 30,000 registered snacks in Sha County nationwide. The beautiful mountain city of Sha County is an ancient city with a rich cultural history. I have long admired the authentic Sha County snacks, and this time I had the opportunity to accompany my family elder to the Bayi Kayak Race in Jiangle. When passing through Sha County, a fellow kayaker suggested trying the authentic snacks in the old city, which gave me the chance to visit Sanming Sha County. Although the trip was hurried, the beautiful mountain city of Sha County left me with fond memories. On a winter afternoon, many elderly residents were in the central park, basking in the sun and playing cards, enjoying a leisurely and comfortable life. The streets, with their ancient charm, have a taste of Fuzhou's 'Three Lanes and Seven Alleys'. In the future, I will make time to visit Sha County again, not only to taste other Sha County delicacies but also to savor the historical and cultural heritage of the ancient city of Sha County.
