Rottnest Island Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
Rottnest Island
This is another one of my favourite places in Perth 😍 And you if you’re heading for a holiday, you must come to the Rottnest Island 😍 I would say it’s like meeting paradise in earth. The clear waters, the white sand, an incredible environment. Everything is just beautiful and perfect 🫶🏼
Cars are not allowed in the island, and you have to take a ferry from the city(the best way is to take it from Fremantle and it costs around 40 AUS dollars 2 ways)
Have you ever been in Rottnest Island? Let me know in the comments below 👇🏼

Rottnest Island Perth
Rottnest is a must do if you’re visiting Perth! Rottnest is home to the Quokkas, they are so cute and actually are not bothered by humans, they don’t like to be touched or fed but you can get close enough for a Quokka selfie! There are so many beauty spots on this island. This was our first time visiting Rottnest and we decided to take Rottnest Express bus which is a hop on hop off express bus that can take you all around the island. Be aware if you’re going for the day you won’t make it to every stop so you’re better picking the top spots on the island. You can also choose to cycle around the island but if you’re anything like us, the island is very hilly and we decided to save our legs! We ate lunch at Pinky’s restaurant which is near the end stops on the bus, this is where there are a lot of Quokkas! The food was lush and so were the cocktails! Such a good day I’m planing to go back whilst I’m still in Perth. #perth #australia #rottnestisland #westernaustralia #mytripvlog #urbanexplorer #summervacation #passionpassport #quokka #perthtravel
Rottnest Island!😎 Beachin’ The Beach!🤪
Rottnest Island
A protected nature reserve by The West Australians. It’s home to quokka - a small wallaby-like marsupial. White sand beaches, and secluded cove etc.,
How to get there: A popular choice for most visitors, quick and easy transfers across to the island can be booked through one of the three ferry operators.
Ferries leave from Perth City, North Fremantle (Rous Head), Fremantle (Victoria Quay) and Hillarys Boat Harbour in Perth's north with trips ranging from 25 minutes to 90 minutes.
What to do: On occasion pink sand comes just around some islands for photo shoot or you know what🤩, snorkeling and biking to get around and see the wonders of nature. An incredible place where you could get your mind off things, and get to have some picturisque picnics, sunset cocktails, secluded accommodation, cruising the ocean, long walks and/or perfect proposals and many more!
Not enough time to get to do all things in a day! i’mcomong back sometime very soon! ❤️🫣

Rottnest island is definitely worth visiting…… It provides a variety of modes of go around the island, cycling, shuttling bus. ……..
Quokkas are sooo cute and approachable. but be careful, visitors are not allowed to touch and feed them. they are quite isolated from the main island for a long time.
the island provides many entertainment activities such as snorkelling, cycling and adventure boat tour.

Kings Park Great for Families
Travel to Perth and you will know how kids friendly the city is. In fact, almost everywhere you go, you will be able to find a playground. A park that i recommend going is the Kings Park. The place is big with vast place to run around and even have a family picnic on the grassland, while soaking in the sun. There is also a pond area where you see swans and ducks swimming in it. The playground is the kids favourite. There are many slides, swings, tunnels and stairs for the kids to play and enjoy, and use up their energy. Dont forget to pack and bring along your picnic basket because we saw families doing the same. This is a fun place for both parents and kids, and there is also a cafe within the park, if you need a break. #celebratewithtrip #tripblazers #mytripvlog #urbanexplorer #awesomepic #passionpassport #perth

Busselton Jetty Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
"Must-Visit Spot in Australia" - Busselton Jetty: Emerald Sea, Longest Wooden Pier, Important Seaport.
Busselton Jetty is the longest wooden pier in the Southern Hemisphere, with a total length of 1,841 meters. It is a famous tourist spot in Western Australia, extending from the coast to the sea. The sea under the afternoon sun is emerald, like semi-solid jelly, transparent and viscous; the sea and sky are in the distance, and time seems to stop here. Busselton Jetty was built in 1865, and there is a small train on it. It served as an important seaport for more than a century. It is the filming location of the movie "Spirited Away".

The Very Kids Friendly Busselton Jetty
We went to Busselton as a pit stop on the way back to Perth City from Margaret River. The jetty is 1.845km long where you can choose to walk or take the train which will bring you to the end of the jetty. There is a little aquarium at the end. As we did that the previous trip, we decided to just have a meal there and have some fun at the playground for the kids. There are restaurant along the area, most notably is Shelter Brewery where we had lunch. The area around the jetty is very kids friendly with numerous playgrounds which caters to preschoolers all the way to older kids. It was a fantastic afternoon spent there and definitely a great trip to start off the new year!

Perth Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
The park was built in 1890 and was named King's Park as a gift to King Edward of England at the time. From here you can take a bird's eye view of the entire city of Perth, with buildings and sea views echoing the city. The scenery in the park is not too much, green spaces, botanical gardens, uncultivated forests, various birds and western wildflowers, making it a place to watch and relax. The existence of the National War Memorial adds a heavy sense of history to the park.
The slogan of Perth, Australia is: the most lonely city in the world. And when I was here for a few days, I felt that it was not alone. The car was like a dragon, it was a busy seaside city, and it was like Zhuhai Shenzhen.
But if you compare it to the above two cities, its life rhythm is really slower. Say goodbye to the CBD and the business district. There are fewer people with beautiful scenery. Everyday life comes out except in different locations. Sunset, in the bookstore adventure, is to look for a variety of Chinese food, especially recommended on the two [squeezing]
The town of Fremantle, which is known as the portal city that is immersed in the nineteenth century and does not want to wake up, is using its own unique charm to describe the long history and to soothe the hearts of all the tired travellers for hundreds of years.
As a foodie, we head straight to the market as soon as we arrive at the destination. It is a weekend paradise for Perth people. It is open every Friday to Sunday, and there is a variety of gourmet snacks and fruit drinks. The price is not expensive, you can feel the local market atmosphere.
There is also a street art piece called "Arcs De Ellipses"

Caversham Wildlife Park
Perth, WA, Australia
I strongly recommend you all go to this place if you go to Perth, WA, Australia. It was such a great experience that I have ever had! You can even hug a koala in your arms (have to pay a ticket for it beside the entrance ticket, but it's really worth) and have got a chance to see other animals that I only see through pictures or books.

Amazing collection of Australian animals and birds. We love the wildlife park😊 so many animals to see and we get to see them really closely. Loving the Koalas and Wombat sessions. The kangaroos are cute and friendly and put their paws on your arm as they eat out of your hand. Great place to spend a few hours with the little ones.
It was a great experience here.
