Exploring Qinglong Gorge: A Blue Marvel in a Breathtaking Landscape Painting

Hidden in the Taihang Mountains, Qinglong Gorge is renowned for its mysterious Qinglong Pool and the cascading Qinglong Waterfall. Main text: Traverse the canyon and witness the cliff faces as if carved by knives and axes, the myriad forms of the rocks, the delicate waterfalls like streams of silver, and the sparkling, bottomless azure pools. These natural landscapes, together with the ancient passes, compose a symphony of southern and northern beauty in perfect harmony. The star attractions of Qinglong Gorge are undoubtedly the Qinglong Pool and Qinglong Waterfall. The waterfall plunges from the cliffs, creating a deep and azure pool that shimmers under the sunlight. The rare blue hue of the water is astonishing. Visitors can walk behind the waterfall, take photos in front of the water curtain cave, touch the falling droplets, and make their way to the opposite bank. If time allows, why not take a bamboo raft and drift on the pool, fully enjoying the beauty of the landscape. Highlight : Upon entering the scenic area, the first sight is Danbi Garden, with the Shuanglong Waterfall on the left and the Shouxing Waterfall on the right. However, due to seasonal changes, only a trickle remains of the Shuanglong Waterfall, and the Shouxing Waterfall is reduced to water marks on the cliff. Rock climbing enthusiasts can challenge themselves at this base. In addition, the lifelike reclining Buddha and stone tiger statues are worth a visit. Highlight : Following the plank path deeper into the gorge, you arrive at the narrow passage known as 'One Line Sky'. The towering reddish-brown rock walls stack upon each other, creating a spectacular natural wonder. Highlight : Exiting the gorge, the view suddenly opens up. Continue past piles of rocks to reach an area as beautiful as a mini Jiuzhaigou. The unmissable Qinglong Pool is breathtakingly beautiful. It takes about 1 hour to walk from the entrance of the scenic area to Qinglong Pool, on a flat road. Upon arrival, the mountain path awaits the brave to explore, but we chose to stop here. Besides the thrilling experience of rafting, there is another place for fun on the outskirts of the scenic area. The scenic area's parking lot faces the Foshou Pagoda. Climbing the steep 'Z'-shaped steps will take you to the top of the pagoda. As a historical village, Dahe Village has many old houses, ancient stone paths, and the Great River Pass, which has been rebuilt over generations, making it an ideal spot for history enthusiasts. The Geological Museum is located to the left of the scenic area's main gate, where a wealth of geological treasures awaits the curious.
