Upon arriving in Yangzhou, we first make our way to Daming Temple, this ancient monastery stands quietly and unassumingly in the northwest suburbs. Following the long pathway, we ascend to the entrance, where the scenery of Daming Temple is pleasant and the architecture is simple. Although it lacks the imagined splendor of golden rooftops, it still possesses a cultural heritage that spans a thousand years.
