Jiaoshan Dinghui Temple

Jiaoshan Dinghui Temple: Located on Jiaoshan Island, one of the 'Three Mountains' of Zhenjiang in the middle of the Yangtze River. It was first built during the Xingping era of the Eastern Han Dynasty, and has a history of more than 1800 years. When Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty visited Jiaoshan during his southern tour, he renamed it 'Dinghui Temple'. 'Ding' means to remove all selfish thoughts; 'Hui' means to increase wisdom through 'hearing, thinking, and practicing'. When you take a boat to Jiaoshan Island in the middle of the river, the first thing you step into is the historic 'Dinghui Temple'. If you happen to encounter a Buddhist ceremony, the Sanskrit sounds are lingering, your mind is as calm as water, wishing everything goes well and beautifully.
