Most people are familiar with Railay Bay in Krabi Province. In this post, we'd like to introduce you to "Ao Ton Sai Beach" 🏝️. This beach is located just before Railay Bay. It's not an island, but can only be reached by boat. It's a relatively quiet beach, perfect for relaxing. You can take a longtail boat from Ao Nang, the same one that goes to Railay. The boatman will drop off passengers at Ao Ton Sai first. There are around three main resorts. We stayed at Tonsai Bay Resort. Our Krabi adventure was totally spontaneous — we booked an island-hopping tour the night before (pro tip: always negotiate, you can totally score a better deal 😉). First, let's talk about the price comparison: a domestic certain 🐷 costs 308 yuan / person, not including lunch and transfer, just a number of Chinese guides; Patong seaside travel agency bid 3200-3400 baht / person, talking to the minimum to 2800 baht two people. However, when I went to Banchan Seafood Market, I saw a small and shiny shop next to the entrance of the night market. The proprietress is super cool! Offering 1300 baht/person, we tried to ask 2500 baht for two, he promised directly! Pay 2500 baht in cash, use Alipay for an extra 75 baht handling fee (it turns out that Patong street travel agency may have colluded with the price, remember to ask near Banzan!) The itinerary is rich: the driver will pick you up at the hotel, the pier has free breakfast and seasickness medicine (must take! 3-4 hour speedboat ride all the way!), a total of 5 islands - 1. You can play motorboat (300 baht/30 minutes) or swim to see the fish; 2. Have lunch, there are many cats on the island to masturbate; 3. This time, I went to Phi Phi Island without joining a group tour. I found an agent myself, bargained, and had an incredibly free and enjoyable experience! For the journey there, I booked a ferry on Taobao for just 95 RMB! The standard cabin had air conditioning and included pick-up service. It took about two hours to reach Tonsai Pier—super convenient! The best part was renting a long-tail boat after arriving! Turn left after exiting the pier, and you'll find boat number 21. The young boatman was very friendly. Initially, it was 2,500 THB for 4 people for 3 hours, but I managed to negotiate it down to 1,600 THB! The boat had soft cushions, making it very comfortable to sit on. However, remember to bring your own anti-fog diving mask, as the boat doesn’t provide one! Near Viking Cave, there were plenty of fish, so bring some bread to feed them—it’s super fun! For the return trip, I casually found an agent along Patong Road and bought tickets for a 4 PM speedboat back to Phuket. I bargained it down to 750 THB per person, and it even included a car ride back to the hotel—such a great deal! The weather was amazing this time, and the sea was so beautiful it seemed to glow. Summer Vacation in Thailand's Phuket 🏝️ During the Phi Phi Island tour in Phuket, the place I was most looking forward to was Maya Bay. The moment I saw the blue sea framed by cliffs, I couldn't help but gasp in awe...! Maya Bay is protected by the Thai government for environmental conservation, so swimming at the beach is prohibited. You can only dip your feet up to your ankles, but thanks to this, the beach and sea remain unpolluted and crystal clear. Instead, you can take a stroll along the white sandy beach or spend time taking photos with the stunning backdrop of cliffs and the sea. Although the tour schedule didn't allow for a long stay, the scenery created by the blue sky and emerald sea left such a strong impression that it remains vividly in my memory despite the short visit.
