A severely underrated museum, a place rich in Jing-Chu culture
I'm a museum enthusiast, but I've also had my fair share of disappointments, like with the Xiamen Museum, Guiyang Museum, Shaoxing Museum... so I didn't have high hopes.
But Jingzhou Museum is definitely an underrated gem, with a multitude of exhibits, many of which are national first-class cultural relics. I thought it only had two floors, but to my surprise, there was also a treasure hall.
If yesterday's grand chariot and horse formation was a glimpse into the prosperity of the Zhou dynasty, today was about the splendid culture and historical influence of the entire Chu region. I don't like taking photos in museums, because pictures can't capture the essence of culture and history; seeing is believing.
Today, I almost visited all the well-known spots in Jingzhou, and the rest weren't that interesting, but the museum visit was well worth it .

There is a prefecture-level city in Hubei called Jingzhou, Jingzhou is not big, but Jingzhou Museum is not small, covering an area of 48,000 square meters, is a national 5A-level tourist scenic spot.
Jingzhou Museum The beautiful environment, rich collection of cultural relics and unique cultural relics will attract you.
The pavilion includes the Chuhan Bronze Culture Exhibition in Jianghan Plain, the collection of fine porcelain exhibitions, the simple text exhibition unearthed in Jingzhou, and the Warring States Qin and Han lacquer ware exhibition. The exhibition area of the exhibition hall is 7,201 square meters, and the exhibition area is 3,500 square meters. Every exhibit is very worth seeing.
The treasure house also has the best preserved Western Han men's corpse in the country, so far, you can go and see.
