Legacy Yen Tu - MGallery Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
Most unique hotel I’ve ever stayed
Transport yourself back to ancient time when you stay in this hotel!
Located in Yentu, around 2 hours drive from Hanoi, Legacy Yentu - MGallery’s is a 5 stars hotel managed by Accor Group.
I stayed here with my wife for our anniversary. The hotel picked us up from Hanoi town with their shuttle.
On arrival, we were awed by the ancient inspired architecture of this building. It is designed by renown star architect - Bill Bensley, whom is famous for designing luxury resorts in SEA.
We stayed in the Deluxe Room which is quite spacious (570sf), and comes with a beautiful bathtub at the patio, super king sized bed and even 2 toilets - perfect for honeymoon/anniversary!
Activities - The hotel offers complimentary activities such as Yoga, village dance show, meditation. You can also pay for horse riding, archery and take cable car up to the sacred yentu mountain.
Breakfast - the spread is impressive, and our tummies we were truly pampered by the wide selection. They even have artisan coffee! We also had our dinner at night and the food was delicious.
Spa - The spa room is one of the nicest I’ve been to. Although the massage was not as great, still we felt relaxed after the session.
Overall a great stay and a hidden gem for foreign travellers to Hanoi!

One of the best Christmas trip in my 20s
I have been working in Vietnam for nearly 5 years and traveling to many places but this is the first time I heard and know about Yen Tu in north Vietnam, when people talking about traveling in north Vietnam, most common places they visit are Ha Long Bay, Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Sapa, etc.
Can’t tell how surprised I was when coming to this place, the atmosphere is so peaceful that makes me forget all my worries, I think if I live here for more than a month I probably will become a monk😂
I will continue to travel in Vietnam, hoping that at my early 30s I can visit all the hidden and unknown paradise in Vietnam. In 2024, I want to go to Sapa, where used to be my most wanted visit place.
