В номере было достаточно чисто, имелись полотенца с тапочками и моющими средствами (мыло, гель для душа). В шкафчике находился сейф. Так же в номере присутствовал платный мини-бар и пара бутылок чистой воды с чайником и пакетированным чаем. Балкон выходил на реку, на балконе имелась уличная мебель и освещение. Перед входом в отель имеется кафе, посетителей кафе ночью на втором этаже было слышно, несмотря на закрытую балконную дверь. В душевой не было полочки для личных моющих средств.Кровать была довольно маленькая (около 140 см в ширину). Персонал был очень приветлив, несмотря на то что плохо говорили на русском всегда старались понять. Пару слов о завтраке: довольно разнообразно и вкусно, было даже национальное блюдо Грузии - хачапури по мегрельски. В кафе перед входом готовят отличную пиццу со хрустящей корочкой, так же хочется отметить что там работают улыбчивые и приятные официанты.

واجهت مشكلة عند تسجيل الوصول، حيث لم يتم التعرف على الحجز المدفوع مسبقًا عن طريق موقع Trip.com، وأصرّ الفندق على أن الحجوزات المعتمدة لديهم تتم فقط عبر تطبيق Booking. بعد عدة محاولات استغرقت حوالي 20 دقيقة، تم العثور على الحجز أخيرًا. لاحظت أيضًا أن جميع الغرف لا تحتوي على مكيف هواء، لذا يُنصح بالتأكد من الطقس قبل الحجز لأن الموقع يعتمد بشكل كبير على الأجواء. كانت هناك رائحة دخان قادمة من الشرف المجاورة للغرفة، ويبدو أن بعض النزلاء يستخدمونها للتدخين، مما اضطرني إلى فتح النوافذ لتهوية الغرفة. شروط الفندق صارمة جدًا، كما أن الغرامات مبالغ فيها؛ فهناك غرامة على التدخين داخل الغرفة، وكذلك على تأخير تسجيل الخروج بعد الساعة 12:00 ظهرًا. تجربة متوسطة بشكل عام، وأتمنى من الإدارة تحسين نظام الاستقبال

The environment and the estate were absolutely beautiful. The room decor was a little outdated but I liked the shower pressure. The A/C was broken so even it was cool outside the room was hot. We were forced to wait a long time until they inspected the room’s minibar to let us check out….. such bummer.

The location is very good and the service is very friendly. However, the hardware and software facilities are relatively backward. For example, the button of the kettle in the room was burned out. There were cockroaches in the room and there were also smelly women. The spa needs to be booked in advance. Although it looks good, it is also neglected in maintenance.
