Very luxurious hotel with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Specifically positive: accessible and thus also best suited for disabled guests. The food was excellent, the staff was super friendly. Drinks are, as usual in Croatia, quite expensive, for it there was great special conditions for hotel guests on the beach (leap + screen for 5 € instead of 20 €). Beach typically Croatian with stones, but very cared. Totally absolutely recommendable!

The hotel is located in the city center, about 15 minutes' drive from the sea organ. The entrance is located next to McDonald's and there is a parking lot, which is more suitable for self-driving tours. Nearby there are supermarkets, pharmacies, clinics, restaurants. It can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

It was a pleasant stay with all the staff been friendly and thanks to the young lady in the breakfast room. She ran the wholebreakfat on her own, always smiling and having nice things to say. The hotel is lucky to have such good staff. The young girl at reception was equally friendly and insisted on carrying our bags up a flight of stairs. She explained everything about the hotel and things to see in Zadar.

After seeing Plitvice for 5 hours from the morning, we drove for about 2 hours to Dubrovnik, and arrived at a small hotel in Turanje, a small seaside town. I highly recommend this hotel for a quiet night's rest. First of all, it's cheap, and the rooms and bathrooms are very large. All the facilities are clean. Breakfast is also neatly provided. After breakfast, take a cup of coffee and sit at the table outside the hotel entrance and enjoy the sea breeze. The beach is just 10 meters in front of the accommodation. All the young male and female staff members were friendly. You can just park on the street in front of the hotel, but there is a free public parking lot 50 meters away. There are no proper restaurants or marts near the hotel, so I recommend eating outside and coming to the hotel. There is a pizza place right behind the hotel, which is cheap and delicious. Two people ordered one pizza each for dinner, and it was so big that we couldn't even finish half of it. About 50 meters away from the hotel, there is a pub like a local tavern where local people come out in groups after dinner to have a drink and chat. It was an atmosphere that made me want to fit in.

Stayed with partner for a short break and we were blown away by this hotel. The staff were so accommodating of our needs. I am celiac and the gluten free breakfast options were the best I've seen. I was also well looked after being pregnant. Raf in particular was so lovely. The spa facilities, layout and everything was like a dream. We would love to come back here!

Kolovare Hotel is located on Kolovare Beach and has an outdoor swimming pool. It is a few minutes away from Zadar Bus Station, about a fifteen-minute walk from Zadar Old Town, and about a 20-minute walk from the Sea Organ. It is quite convenient and offers a decent breakfast. It is suitable for people traveling from Zadar to other places.

Excellent apartments with beautiful design, everything thought up to small things, live very comfortable. To the beach 6 minutes walk. Cleanness is perfect. Everything is fine. Separately, I will note the service and communication with Ante - always on communication, instantly answers to WhatsApp, all questions are resolved without delay even on weekends. The hotel itself was not in the centre but it’s closer to the airport which we wanted exactly. The food was good and we had a good variety of meals. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and good looking but it would benefit from a fridge in the summer time. Overall everything was good.

Cleanliness, quietness, free parking, comfort, friendly and helpful owner are all advantages of the accommodation. Good quality!

It is a homestay, you need to contact the landlord before you check in. There is a phone at the door, you can call, but the other party speaks Croatian, and finally found the little brother in the bar next to it to help answer the phone. It is best to contact the email in advance to inform the check-in time, otherwise you need to wait. The landlord was very nice and introduced the nearby attractions and dining in detail. The room is also very beautiful, with a microwave and refrigerator. In the old city, taxis cannot be reached directly and need to take a short walk. Need to climb the stairs, please be cautious if the box is too big.
