This was my second time staying at the Clarion Hotel Copenhagen Airport, and it was an excellent experience once again. The hotel is conveniently connected to the terminal via a covered walkway, making it super easy to walk directly to the airport without any hassle. It's also a breeze to get to the city center, with a metro ride taking only 20 minutes – the location is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the pool and sauna facilities are top-notch. Breakfast offers a rich and varied selection. Overall, it's a perfect stay for travel, and it'll definitely be my top choice for future trips to and from Copenhagen.

Built in 1912, this hotel was originally the headquarters of the Danish Post and Telegraph Company, showcasing a rich sense of history with its Neo-Baroque architecture. Its location is excellent, less than 200 meters from the Central Station and just a 10-minute walk to City Hall Square.

The room was a bit small. It's about a 10-minute walk from the central station, but closer to the tram stop, which is more convenient for getting to attractions like Nyhavn. Breakfast for 59 DKK was a bit basic, just bread, yogurt, and coffee. Check-in is at 3 PM. Luggage storage is 25 DKK for 3 hours, and 40 DKK for 6 hours. Access to the kitchen, which has a fridge, kettle, microwave, and utensils, costs 25 DKK for your entire stay. When I checked in, the lock on my locker was broken, but the front desk staff quickly came up and fixed it after I reported it. I was very satisfied with their efficiency and problem-solving, but I hope the staff will check if the facilities are in working order after guests check out. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, as well as a Netto supermarket if you want to buy groceries to cook.

They initially gave me the wrong room, a twin bed instead of a double, and then when I finally got a new room, the key card didn't work. It took three attempts to finally check in. The room was tiny, I couldn't even open my suitcase, and there was no daily room cleaning (I later found out you have to book it a day in advance). There's no phone in the room to call the front desk, and they don't offer luggage storage; you have to pay to use lockers on the basement floor. This hotel really opened my eyes to the prices and service in Denmark... Fellow Chinese travelers, please avoid this place.
I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. Overall, I had a pleasant experience, and many aspects of the hotel were excellent—especially the cleansing products provided, which were of very good quality and much appreciated.
However, as someone with sensitive skin, I am particularly affected by dust mites. During my stay, I noticed that the carpet in the room may not have been thoroughly vacuumed, which caused significant skin irritation and discomfort.
I kindly suggest that the hotel could improve its vacuuming and cleaning standards, especially for carpets, to ensure a more comfortable environment for guests with allergies or sensitive skin.
This hotel is quite close to Copenhagen Airport, a taxi ride takes less than 10 minutes. There are also metro and bus stops nearby, making it very convenient to get to the city center and several attractions. The hotel itself is a landmark, and the room size is decent. The bathroom is quite spacious, and the breakfast selection is also rich. After staying for two days, I feel it offers good value for money.
We just completed a 2nd time stay within a month and we were glad to come back to this service apartment styled hotel. Kitchenette with the NETTO supermarket in the bldg plus a top bakery around the block makes it always convenient. Same goes for the gym, pool and sauna. Bikes to rent are very solid. Also you have plenty of jogging kilometers waiting for you which you can start straight from the hotel doors. Reception was extra flexible this time.
This is a lovely hotel and I genuinely appreciated the design, the service and of course the heated swimming pool. I also appreciated the effort put into sustainability, I wish all hotels made as much effort in this department. I have two very slight bits of criticism. One is that the room was exceedingly hot at night making it difficult to sleep (even with the thermostat on 0). Additionally, I am really annoyed by hotel rooms where the toilet door does not close in a manner that is relatively soundproof, making each trip to the toilet an embarrassment (when you're with a partner or family, that is). But I overall really recommend it.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and spacious, with a small balcony and a nice view. The kitchen area provided tableware and cleaning supplies for making a simple breakfast. There was a washing machine in the bathroom, but no laundry detergent was provided.
