The hotel emphasizes its environmental policy, so everything is charged for, and nothing is provided. Even basic amenities like drinking cups for guests are missing; you have to buy them yourself from a nearby Lidl, otherwise, forget about getting water! The room's power switches are incredibly unresponsive, forcing you to wait in the dark for the lights to come on. Furthermore, the refrigerator and heater in the room are unplugged, requiring guests to find a way to plug them back in. Otherwise, you're left without the refrigerator, heater, or air conditioning – a real letdown considering its recent renovation. It's worth mentioning that the staff on the evening of February 17th loved to tell lame jokes. When the air conditioning wasn't working or the refrigerator was out of power, they'd just say, ”Everything in Italy is slow-paced,” when in reality, the hotel had unplugged all the appliances. Guests had to move the appliances around and plug them in themselves. No problem, unless you're disabled, you can figure out and fix the problem yourself. The only redeeming quality was the excellent service and food at the breakfast restaurant. I was very full. On February 18th, the female server with black hair at the breakfast restaurant was very friendly and had excellent service. I suggest the hotel reward her. After all, given the hotel's unusual circumstances, she was the only one who met the standards for a normal hotel stay. She definitely deserves a reward. All the unreasonable aspects of the hotel only highlight her good service!

This hotel is a traditional style hotel. We liked it a lot, it was very comfortable. We had the best nights sleep there. And isn't sleeping the most important thing in a hotel? We liked the traditional room, it was cozy, with a balcony too, The service was helpful. The facade of the hotel building is not beautiful (in my opinion) but inside is a good hotel. We would definitely stay there again. It's convenient to the train station and to the city centre. The breakfast was pretty good.

The hotel is easy to find. There is free parking outside. The gate closes at 11pm, but you can use a card to enter and exit. There is a pizza shop (mo-pizza) next to it. It is very retro and cost-effective. The hotel breakfast is very good. The room is very comfortable and spacious. It is very cost-effective.

The hotel is easy to reach. Most friendly staff from the halls to breakfast service, all warm and smile. The large and functional room with a beautiful bathroom, especially a shower with differentiated castles. The tree is in a strategic position both to make a catholic tour and to go to the circuit.

The traffic is too convenient, stayed for 3 days. It is about four or five hundred meters from the train station. The train station is straight through two streets and it takes a few minutes to walk. In addition, the hotel's buffet breakfast is very good, great!

Stayed here for one night during the Bologna Marathon and overall it was a solid choice. The location is spot on, right in the heart of the city, easy to get to the start line without any stress on race morning. The marathon atmosphere around the hotel was genuinely fun

The manor hotel with its own Michelin restaurant, the environment is very good, especially suitable for leisure vacation, room hardware and software are impeccable, UBER taxi to the town center is very close. The attitude at the front desk was so-so, no smiley faces throughout.
