GGuest UserWe had booked a courtyard room but were upgraded to a Deluxe double which was huge and extremely comfortable.The bathroom was fantastic and the bed and linens excellent.We even had a turndown service which we did not expect.We ate in the bar and the food and cocktails were excellent.Breakfast was also excellent and we are hard to please!!!!! The spa is lovely but would benefit from a covered walkway from the hotel as it was raining the whole time we were there.In general we would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will stay again.Very friendly and pleasant staff.

GGuest UserThis hotel is starting to look tired in respect to decoration in some areas. The photos on the wall look good.
The venue appears to facilitate weddings, and the view from the reception room is good. however this appears to be the best feature.
The main concern is silver fish in the bedroom. When we spoke to staff offered another room however at 2:30 am no realistic. When I spoke with reception in the morning there was a blase stating that it is a water front hotel. breakfast was adequate how hot food not as good as cold selection.

YYannie2021This hotel is not many conditioners. However, the hair dryer is not easy to use. In addition, I feel that the hotel has a vacant room, but I have allocated an air conditioner seat outside the window, which is very noisy so I can't sleep well. The staff is good and the parking space is sufficient.
