We had an issue with our toilet leaking and they happily let us change to another room. Then we realized that night when preparing for bed that my husband forgot his sleep shorts in the old room. The next morning he saw a cleaning woman and she gladly let him back into the old room to retrieve the shorts! Always a friendly staff and enjoy meeting new people in the pool and hottub. Love the breakfast and the attached restaurant!

The room was very clean , it had everything in the room that was said to be, tv cable, coffee maker ECT. We didn't eat breakfast maybe next time, Staff at front desk was very kind and courteous ,even drew us a map were to find the room, all and all great place to stay

It was wonderful everything was wonderful. The building was amazing it has a pool, hot tub, sauna, blowing, pool table, dart games. And the roof top bar is beautiful. We went for a weekend getaway we had dinner here is was delicious and the whole staff were welcoming. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. It's a bit of pricey for me but so worth it.

Cleaning is too slow. I stayed for five days but never changed the bed sheets. They only collected the garbage every day and cleaned the bathroom and toilet once every three days. Everything else was good. The environment and settings were good.

The rooms were very spacious including the bathroom that had really nice shower products! Super comfy beds and blackout curtains. Location was great and in walking distance of many restaurants. Cute little outdoor pool area with comfortable loungers and seating!

The woman at the desk 4pm 3/11/23 was wonderful. Water pressure was weak like other reviews said but nothing I would be a “Karen” about. The kiddos enjoyed the pool. We stayed one night but I would book again for sure!
