This is my second visit to the Quartz for medical tourism. The location is perfect in a nice part of town and the upper plaza has its own level connected to the New City Medical building and so medical offices are easily and safely accessible to guests. Pool and spa were well maintained and a beautiful garden is also out in the area. Within walking distance is a market and a ****** and little shops. Taxis are easy to find should you need. The rooms are exceptionally clean with comfortable robes and attention to details like lighting and temperature. The staff is pleasant and there is always someone who speaks English well enough to communicate. They are friendly and helpful. There is an upscale Spa and artist feel to the place. I will be back.

The hotel is in a good safe location the staff was good the hotel is clean it is an older looking hotel by the looks of the inside there are lots of families at the location and a nice pool . I would recommend bringing your own soap as there is extremely drying .

The place is nice, clean well located. Quiet. You are close to some wine yards. Breakfast is ok.

The location is very good. There are many good restaurants and supermarkets within a few hundred meters. I especially recommend the Steakhouse across the road. It is recommended not to stay on the side of the road because it is very noisy. The other side has a nice golf course view and is quiet.

This is my second trip to the hotel California. Both time have been an excellent experience. The front lobby is clean and the staff is polite. The have a coffee shop with pastries on site. The have a restaurant that serves good food. Above the restaurant is a full bar. All the staff is great! 👌🏼 I had clean towels and bedding everyday of my stay. the showers are hot the entire time. Yes, I liked it a lot, except that near the bathroom there is a mirror that lets people in the bedroom see you, meaning more privacy is needed. Another thing was that it was a little cold, like the heather didn't work for us, but everything else is super good, very modern and elegant. I will definitely be back.
