Few minutes drive to town center. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean. Very good quality of kitchenette.

Hotel is excellent… I like the outdoor table to use to wine and enjoying the day…. Overall kitchen is available for cooking and nice place to stay

Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable. The soundproofing is very poor, and there is a nightclub nearby that plays very loud music late into the night, making it difficult to sleep. For those who drive, can park on the roadside across the street for free after 6pm. In addition, the shower water pressure was very low, which was disappointing.

SierraMotel is a typical kiwi motel with all the amenities you need. Nicely set back off the road so quiet and undisturbed. Obviously very popular with cyclists, fishermen and walkers, of whom there were plenty.

Kleiner Campingplatz mit unterschiedlichen Zimmer bzw. Stellplatzkategorien. Wir hatten ein Cottage mit Kochnische und Bad. Super sauber, voll ausgestattet. Schon etwas älter, aber alles in Tadellosem Zustand. Die Lage ist phänomenal. Nur ein paar Schritte zur Surat Bay, in der man fast jederzeit Seelöwen zu sehen bekommt! Wir würden in Catlins Haven wieder hier übernachten.

Always my favourite place to stay when we go to The Catlins. Beach is nearby, sunset view is awesome. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again.

The lakeside cottage is very beautiful and the room is clean, but it has a retro feel and everything is old. There is also a small drawback that you can't cook. But the restaurant next to it is delicious and worth a visit! The key point is that the room has a bathtub

It's a 10-minute walk from town along the lake, very new and clean with good service and a friendly attitude. Check-in is after 2 PM. The kitchen is huge, and the common areas are fantastic. The only thing I think would make it perfect is if the toilet and shower were separate. Because if one person goes in to shower, the entire bathroom door is closed, and anyone who needs to use the toilet can't. Similarly, if someone is using the toilet, others can't shower.

It’s conveniently located within walking distance to the town center. The front desk staff are kind and friendly. The room is simple but has everything you need. There's a kitchen as well, so you can cook your own meals. Parking seems to be on a first-come, first-served basis, so I recommend securing a spot early.
