GGuest UserI was on a business trip to Kaliningrad, Russia. The hotel wasn't too remote, and it was generally clean, but there was no elevator. Breakfast was provided, but I couldn't sleep the first night because of mosquito bites.

Персонал очень внимательный и вежливый, по первой просьбе предоставили манеж, горшок, подставку для раковины. Расположение классное, в самом сердце Калининграда 👍🏻🤗

AAnonymous UserThe location is good, all the tourist places were nearby, as well as many facilities where you can deliciously have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only thing you didn't see when booking is that tooth utensils are not included in the cost and are paid separately.

The rooms appear to have been upgraded and have a modern look. The only downside is the slightly poor internet connection.

GGuest UserI was looking for a hotel near the South Station because it was late in the evening, one night it is normal, but if you want to stay longer, I wouldn't recommend it. The room was old, the carpet was dirty, the furniture was very old and somewhere there were scratches and scratches. On the table something like a mini bar, where the prices are located, one free bottle of water, tea and coffee 3v1.

ИИLoved the Berlin hotel. We rested with a friend in mid-February 2019. The hotel is 3 stars, but service and cleanliness for 5 stars. Every day, 8 clean towels, a new roll of toilet paper, as well as new gel, shampoo, soap, tea, sugar, etc. The restaurant was not, I can not say anything. Very polite and sincerely smiling staff. Also convenient location for those who travel around the sights on their own. Within walking distance there is a bus station and buses are constantly sent to the region and their price is inexpensive. For example, we went to Baltiysk and the ticket price is 130 rubles, in Baltiysk we transferred by ferry (70 rubles there and back) and we are already on the Baltic spit. Well it is, a digression. In general, I advise. At a low price, service and relaxation are 100%.

GGuest UserОтель расположен очень удачно, рядом с большим и красивым озером. На озере можно разнообразить свой отдых катанием на катамаранах. Рядом красивый парк, фонтан, большая прогулочная зона. В самом отеле очень чисто и красиво, есть вай-фай. В номере имееются всё необходимые принадлежности (шампуни, бальзамы, халаты, эл. чайник и пр.). Что ещё понравилось, это то, что на этаже в холле размещенл массажное кресло, после дневного ”пробега” по достопримечательностям можно хорошо расслабиться. Есть спа, сауна. Очень приветливый персонал. Очень обширное и разнообразное меню завтрака (шведский стол), разные фрукты, салаты, нарезки, выпечка и мн. другое. В ресторане с видом на озеро очень вкусно готовят, приятная атмосфера. Думаю в следующий раз остановиться именно здесь!

Я приехала в Зеленоградск, чтобы отдохнуть душой и телом, и мне так повезло, что я выбрала именно Ваш отель! Спасибо огромное за всё! Номер очень большой и светлый, есть все удобства, от центра минуты 2-3, до моря минут 5. Мне всё очень понравилось ❤️❤️❤️

GGuest UserПрекрасный небольшой отель в прекрасном месте. Номер великолепный. Очень порадовал приветственный бокал игристого после длительного путешествия. Ванная комната прекрасно оборудована. Сама ванна очень вместительная и удобная, есть все принадлежности для душа хорошего качества. Халаты и тапочки в вашем распоряжении. Удобная кровать. В номере было очень тепло, батареи можно регулировать. Ресторан выше всяких похвал. Советую обязательно посетить.вернусь обязательно!
