Huge thanks to the front desk for giving me such an amazing room! This hotel is absolutely fantastic. It's like a huge villa with a pool, bar, and a restaurant that has everything you could want. The front desk and staff were incredibly patient and helpful, especially with us Chinese guests who struggled with English. I'm so grateful. Every aspect of this hotel feels luxurious, grand, and incredibly thoughtful. You're welcome to visit China!

We loved this hotel. It’s a 15 minute walk from the town centre so it’s nice and quiet but there’s a grocery store and 2 good restaurants very near. We had a deluxe room and it was more of an apartment. Just the 2 of us but would easily accommodate a family of 4 as it had 2 bedrooms. The pool menu and the restaurant food was excellent and good value. The hotel has beautiful scenery and the gardens are lovely. The pool area was excellent with plenty of beds but they don’t provide beach towels so take your own or buy when you get there. We will hopefully go again next year.

Wonderful hotel! The apartments are even better in real life than in the photos. It's very clean, everything is comfortable, and the location is excellent. But the most important thing is the people! The hotel staff creates a wonderful atmosphere; everyone is very attentive and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Nice hotel, resort hotel style, many supermarkets next to it.

The hotel is located on a hill just off the main street, a short walk down to the beach. But the advantage of being on the hill is that it's far from the shops, making it very quiet and comfortable. The hotel's garden is beautifully maintained, and the olive trees are stunning! The pool is absolutely gorgeous, beyond words! What's more, the hotel's restaurant is excellent! Both breakfast and the à la carte dinner were delicious – arguably the best meal I had in Turkey! The food selection is incredibly rich, and the prices are much more affordable than those on the main street below. I highly recommend dining at the hotel at least once!

The rooms are nice and large, with a balcony, but regarding cleanliness, all the baseboards in the shower are black, but otherwise there are towels and comfortable beds. The grounds are quite large but neglected. The showers by the pool are broken, the tables are falling apart, the only umbrellas are falling over, and most importantly, the chlorine in the two pools is off the charts. After taking a dip once, I barely managed to wash off the smell of chlorine. My children never took a dip... this shouldn't happen. The image is very different from reality. The service is excellent, the guys are trying their best. But the hotel needs renovation!!! Thank you for the welcome.

As soon as I entered the room to check in, I heard a lot of Chinese. I thought I had walked into a public place in China. For me who wanted to experience exotic customs, my interest and curiosity were instantly lost. Although the hotel is relatively new, there is not even a shelf for shampoo in the bathroom, which is not thoughtful. There is no elevator to the third floor, and the suitcases need to be carried. The parking spaces at the door are very tight and the distance is very small, so you need to park very carefully. The breakfast is especially bad. You can't find anything to eat. The only meat dish is sausage. As soon as I ate the first breakfast, the supervisor in charge of breakfast came to collect the plates with an excuse, for fear that the guests would eat more. I had a very bad feeling. I asked for an invoice, but it has not been issued for ten days. I am still contacting them. I will not come again next time.

We originally booked a family room. Upon arrival, the hotel said the air conditioning in the family room wasn't working, so they gave us two rooms. It turned out they'd given the family room to another guest. After communicating with TripAdvisor, we were delighted to hear that TripAdvisor's customer service was truly top-notch. No need to bother. We immediately contacted the hotel, and they immediately switched us back to a family room the next day. 👍🏼👍🏼

We stayed at this hotel again, and they gave us a deluxe room with a Jacuzzi on the 3rd floor that was in terrible condition. The floors in the room were bulging, making it unsafe to move around. We asked to be moved to a room on the 5th floor, which looked much better, although there's still room for improvement – the armchair was stained and dirty. The pool area was a big disappointment; it looked really bad, with dirty cushions and no canopies (which still haven't been repaired). Regarding breakfast, they offer tea or coffee and then bring out an American breakfast, even though they also have a Turkish breakfast option, but they don't even ask you which one you'd prefer. Also, they don't clear the dirty dishes from the table. We've lost all desire to return to this hotel.
