Location is not too bad. Situated a 15 minute walk away from the waters and main restaurant area. Situated on a main road but quiet at night. They let us put down our luggage when we couldn’t check in yet and leave it there after we’d checked out and waited for our flight. The young female receptionist was very helpful and nice.

Handy location, friendly staff, simple but good breakfast. Room size is good with a relaxing roof top message pool. Shower curtain design is a bit too narrow to wet the toilet floor. Another point is we can hear noises from people on the street next door around mid night on Thursday and Friday nights ( we were staying on lower floor).

It was a lovely stay with very tidy facilities and friendly staff it's a wonderful place to rest or stay for business or leisure I recommend they are low priced too so it's worth the money any day of the week

Lokation was great and easy to find. The stowe was broken which was a little inconvenient. Otherwise solid midrange overall, but nothing spectacular.

Close to the airport, easy to find. Had no trouble with train noises once asleep. Room was clean as well as the bathroom.
On the negative and really not that big a deal is that the undercover parking is limited and spaces not very big.
Also Watch the bottom step in the dark. Miss stepped going down at 4.30am as I didn't see the bottom step and landed on my knees. Could do with a bit more lighting at the bottom of the stair.

What an ‘Excellent Hotel’!!! 5 Stars from us.
It dawned on me, what really sets a hotel above others, & I have concluded . . . genuine hospitality (with a special mention to Brody) whom epitomises genuine hospitality. After a long night of travel arriving late (due to unforeseen circumstances), Brody was so lovely. She felt more like an old friend than staff. She went above & beyond to meet our needs & sets this beautifully designed & artfully styled hotel apart from the others. The hotel offers beautiful all day little snacks such as freshly baked cookies, muffins, shortbread, and much more. ☺️

The Cheomside shopping mall is right across the traffic light. There is a 24-hour McDonald's right in front, and the friendly staff who know what you need and offer it to you before you ask were nice!
In Korea, you can't use the washing machine at night, so I asked the hotel, and they told me that it is available 24 hours, so I was able to do my laundry comfortably.
It was nice that there was a washing machine, dryer, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, iron, and safe, and it was great value for money. It seems like a hotel where you can stay for a long time! However, there is a siren sound day and night and car noise, but I personally think that it is a big advantage, so I can cover up these points!

OOngSTFriendly stuffs! The water park is ideal for kids to spend off their energy. The boom gate barrier was out of service. That make us wonder of the safety issues. The unit is sparkling clean. It provides sufficient kitchen ware for a small family to cook a simple meals.
