I stayed at the hotel during a self-driving trip with my children. There is a free parking lot, the store environment is good, the room is large, and the supporting facilities are relatively complete. The family is very satisfied.

It was my first time in this city. The hotel is new and the service is good. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the lake, with many restaurants nearby and convenient transportation. It was a great experience.

I chose this hotel for a layover and was quite satisfied! Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and clean. Drinking water is provided, and the bedroom and bathroom are spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed and a large TV. Some of the handles in the bathroom are a bit old, and you need to bring your own toiletries. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Quiet at night and close to the airport. There's a McDonald's nearby. However, it's quite far from the city center, making it suitable for transit but not for city sightseeing. Service: The service is excellent, convenient, and efficient. The front desk staff handled check-in with fluent English, and you can check out as early as 5:30 AM. There's also a round-trip airport shuttle service.

I’m not one to usually choose a BW, and this one rises above all including some of the Other brands of hotels out there! Clean and well run. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and accommodating. I’d stay again.

Was very nice place, wifi needs updating and the construction needs to be rushed, pool temperature changes every day even though it’s a heated pool, was an interesting experience not having the same pool temperature day to day

Arrived late at night, check-in was quick and easy, the room was clean, and got everything we needed. Kids love the swimming pool. Breakfast was good, staffs are very nice and helpful. A/C was loud, but our kids were able to sleep through it, so it was not a big issue. Overall, a friendly, simple accommodation , we were happy with our stay.

Good hotel and fairly priced for this small City of North Bay, ON.  Price is competitive.  I would like to make mention of an outstanding employee named Ami, who, went out of her way to really ensure that all were very happy with a beautiful breakfast.  Best breakfast Staff considering she was alone while it was quite busy.  Very Professional staff. It was my second visit and I was not disappointed.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. Overall, a great experience.

This was the best hotel we stayed at on our vacation. In particular, the person who checked us in was helpful and considerate. I watched him deal with another issue professionally. The next time we go to Dryden, we'll stay here again.
