We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

Better than I expected but I got upgraded though to a higher floor! It's in a commercial/residential building and it's very new. Has all the amenities you need; daily 2 bottle water, toothbrush, body wash, shampoo - no conditioner though, huge fridge and even a washer and detergent with area to hang your clothes to dry. I had the river view which was amazing day and night! It's about 2km walk to the Gongbei border but Zhuhai is cheap and convenient with Didi, plus many taxis and restaurants downstairs with Starbucks, McDonald's, KFC if you need your western fix. Cleaning is done daily if needed, they will send you a wechat message to ask. All the staff are amazing, so friendly and will help you if you need anything. Highly recommend and will be back!

This hotel is super close to Guangzhou East Station, just about a five-minute walk. The hotel facilities and service are excellent. As a member, I was able to get a room upgrade, and the pool and sauna were also great! The breakfast the next morning was a pleasant surprise, with a wide variety of choices to cater to different nationalities, including Muslim-friendly options. The caramel bread, in particular, was absolutely delicious. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel! I'll definitely be booking it again soon.

Our experience was absolutely fantastic! The hotel faces the ocean directly, and you can walk straight out to the beach, which was super convenient for our little one to play in the sand. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby. What truly stood out was the hotel's excellent service. We accidentally left a small item behind, and when we contacted them, they were incredibly helpful in locating it and arranging to mail it back to us. We're so grateful! We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Shanwei. It felt so warm and welcoming! Environment: Excellent Service: Outstanding

This hotel is directly operated by Baiyun Airport, offering high quality, cleanliness, and no unpleasant odors. It's very close to the airport and provides a dedicated shuttle service, wake-up calls, and breakfast. The front desk staff and service team were very attentive and deserve praise. The surrounding environment is tidy, ensuring a good night's sleep. It's perfect for travelers catching a flight. I will definitely book again.

Ascott M-City Foshan gets my like! Sadly, I only stayed for one night. I don’t often come to this area and usually visit for business, but this stay was a great experience. I had a room with a beautiful view, the bed was incredibly soft, and I slept really well. The property offers all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay, and there are coffee shops, restaurants, and a mall right at your doorstep. The breakfast was also very good. I hope to have business here again — and next time, I’ll definitely stay an extra night or two just to fully enjoy the place. Highly recommended!

Good but with some space for improvement. Overall stay was good. The location at the sea shore next to the modern art museum, sea promenade and many restaurants of the Sea World; stunning view from the room; good buffet breakfast. Still some areas like the rooftop bar look sad and are half closed; the kids room is tiny. The bathroom at the outdoor pool was dirty and smelly so I had to bring my kid to the indoor bathroom on the 1st floor - and that one was relatively clean but smelled of smoke and had the cigarette floating in the wc… To end the review with the positive thing worth mentioning is the earlier check in and the later check out possibility provided by the hotel

The hotel is great! The duplex apartment is really well-designed and clean. Downstairs, there's a food court and a Changdachang supermarket, which makes shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It's also close to Seven Star Crags, making it easy to visit attractions. It's a fantastic experience for families traveling with kids!

The front desk staff were very thoughtful. I arrived quite late, and they kindly reminded me about the late-night congee service and even offered to help with laundry. My room was upgraded, and it was quiet and comfortable. The elevator requires a key card to access floors, which is both safe and convenient. The hotel's environment is lovely, and the facilities are comprehensive. Even though I only stayed for one night, my experience was wonderful. Highly recommend!
