Staying at the Mandu Hotel for this trip was an amazing experience! The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, with soft bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help with every request, paying attention to all the little details. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

Free underground parking with plenty of spaces, and EV chargers are available, making it very EV-friendly. The staff are super friendly and even gave a small gift to my child. Afternoon tea and breakfast were both excellent, though the restaurant is a bit small so it's best to go early. The bedding in the room was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly for heating. It was also very convenient to take a taxi to various spots in the ancient city. Plus, there's a top-rated local restaurant right next door with delicious and incredibly cheap shaomai!

I came here to experience the hotel because it was newly opened. Indeed, all the facilities and equipment are quite new. The room is equipped with a sofa bed, the screen is also movable, there is a small bar and tableware, and there is a quilt in the cabinet. It is very suitable for family travel. At the beginning, I felt that except for the cold attitude of the front desk, I was quite satisfied with everything else. We just arrived at the room. Fruits were delivered right after. As a result, when I took a shower at night, I found that the hot water was very small and I couldn’t take a shower at all. I could only call the front desk. The solution given by the front desk was to change rooms. Because there were a lot of luggage and it was late, I didn’t want to change rooms, so I asked the engineering to repair it. But they still asked to change rooms. Okay, then change rooms. We asked the staff to go to the room to check whether the hot water was normal. As a result, the staff did not check and came directly to our room to let us change. We asked again to check, and the staff went to check. The result was also broken. If we didn’t check it, wouldn’t we go there directly? ? ? ? Very speechless. Later, we changed our room to the 7th floor and checked that the hot water was normal. After we moved our luggage over, we looked at the bedding, and it turned out to be very dirty. There was a little garbage under the pillow. It was outrageous!!! We asked the front desk to come again, and they asked us to change rooms. Let's change, and asked her to check the room first. I really didn't want to bother, but the attitude was not good, and asked us to check it ourselves. I was very tired, so I asked my boyfriend to check it. The quilt was dirty, okay. Dirty. I said, then change the quilt for us. The staff asked us to pick up the quilt ourselves. This was the first time I encountered such a situation, and I was shocked. Okay, okay, I just want to take a shower and go to bed. It's really not as good as the attitude of the Hanting Hotel we stayed in the day before. The cleaning of the second day was OK.

This downtown hotel was such a pleasant surprise! Our high-floor room offered amazing views, and the dedicated elevator meant no waiting. Just downstairs was a pedestrian street, with direct metro and bus access within a 5-minute walk. Plus, there's free parking for those driving – incredibly convenient for getting around. The bedding was just the right firmness, and breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western. They even had afternoon tea with exquisite desserts and drinks. The robot food delivery was fast and adorable, saving us the hassle of running errands and making our stay completely stress-free. The amenities were incredibly comprehensive: a 24-hour gym with equipment, and a laundry room equipped with dryers and detergent – super practical for long trips. From check-in at the front desk to responding to our requests, the staff were consistently warm, enthusiastic, and efficient, making the entire experience truly exceptional. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!

The hotel facilities are very good. It is not far from Handan East Station. The room is very clean. The floor is very good and the view is great. The smart toilet is very useful. The small refrigerator even has a microwave. This is the first time I have encountered such a configuration in a hotel. It is very considerate. The whole house is very smart and convenient. Very modern / new and confortable rooms - we got upgraded to a two bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable. Right by the ski slope ; 3 buildings you can reach through the parking lot or if the weather allows it from outside where you’ll find plenty of restaurants ; ski rental / gear rental services just right outside the ski lifts. In the room though no plates / cutlery / cooking tools but as we are in touch on WeChat with a very nice lady, I guess we could have asked for it. 潇湘 was helpful all along and would immediately reply to all our requests. A coupon system to get access to the breakfast restaurant ; other coupons to get discounts to rent gears and buy ski cards (a bit complicated when you don’tread Chinese) but we did manage to use them. For ski passes: note that if you buy 4 hours ski pass, it starts when you swipe your first ski lift but I think the équipement rental is for 24h so you might not have to give back your equipment every day. A bit of a hassle every morning to queue up for ski pass / equipment in the midst of CNY.

The Vienna international hotel is a great choice for your staying in Shijiazhuang. The staff courtesy will let you feel comfortable. A special mention to the breakfast quality which was beyond my expectations. I’d recommend this hotel for your trip!

Originally, for this ski trip to Chongli near Beijing, Genting was my first choice. However, I have a soft spot for big brand hotels, so when I saw there was a Crowne Plaza, I switched to it. Firstly, I love that the rooms have wooden floors, and secondly, the balcony view from the room is absolutely stunning! I couldn't get enough of the mountain and lake views; every day, besides skiing, was spent just taking photos. The hotel service was also incredibly satisfying, especially our butler, Linda Fan. She was exceptionally thoughtful, patiently showing us rooms until we were completely happy. Her warm and helpful service made this trip very enjoyable, and I'm very grateful. I also want to mention the hotel's breakfast – a rich variety of delicious options.

This ”Home2 Suite by Kitan” is definitely a hidden gem for business trips or short stays in Shijiazhuang! 📍 The location is incredibly convenient, right near Shijiazhuang Railway Station (enter by following the signs for the Hilton Garden Inn). Whether you're catching a high-speed train or just stopping over, the transportation is excellent, and it offers great value for money. Highly recommended for guests who prioritize convenient transport. 🏨 As it's newly opened, all the hotel's interior facilities and furniture are very new and modern. The rooms are designed as suites, offering spacious living areas with clear divisions, a kitchen, and a living room. This makes it perfect for travelers who need to work for a short period or prefer a 'home-like' comfortable environment. The bedding and sofa are very comfortable, and everything looks clean and tidy, completely devoid of the worn-out feel of older hotels. 🧹 The hygiene is top-notch. Being a new hotel means the carpets, walls, and bathroom fixtures show almost no signs of use, making the cleanliness very reassuring. The shower, toilet, and sink are all kept very clean, with attention to detail clearly evident. 🛎️ The service is thoughtful and attentive, with enthusiastic staff and a simple, efficient check-in process. I also noticed friendly reminders about elevator usage and other facilities in the common areas, indicating very meticulous and well-regulated daily management. Overall, this is a new option that combines the convenience of a hotel with the comfort of an apartment. It's especially suitable for business travelers, families, and young people like me who enjoy trying new places. Staying here, not only do you sleep well, but your mood also lightens up. The value for money is outstanding, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!
