What a fantastic experience! This trip truly exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and tidy, and the smart home features were a great touch. The Northeastern cuisine at the restaurant was delicious, and the service was excellent. They even offer shuttle service and you can arrange car rentals with the owner. Any issues we had, the owner was always there to help – truly amazing! I'll definitely be recommending this place to any friends visiting; it made for a completely stress-free stay!

The location is absolutely fantastic, super close to Central Avenue, and the environment is great too, but parking is a bit of a challenge! However, the service attitude is excellent, the facilities are complete, and most importantly, it's clean and hygienic. Being so close to the attractions is a major plus. Highly recommended!

The room was beautifully decorated, feeling both cozy and elegant. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. It came fully equipped with all the smart devices one could need. The location was also super convenient, with nearby shopping districts and attractions all within walking distance. Absolutely excellent value for money!

Facilities: Great! The pool was very clean! However, the temperature was quite low, not reaching 28 degrees Celsius in winter, so it was a bit cold. Hygiene: Clean! Clean! It's pet-friendly, which is fantastic! We arrived very late, but the staff still gave us a welcome gift, very enthusiastic. Environment: Very good! The hotel has a limited area for pets to play, but it doesn't really matter as there's a huge lakeside right behind the hotel, perfect for a stroll. Service: We had a small incident in the early morning. After going out for an early market breakfast, we drove back to the hotel, but the security guard blocked us from parking back in the hotel. We were already very tired and just wanted to go back for some more sleep. The guard said there would be a wedding car coming soon, but we, as hotel guests, were clearly there first. Yet, he wouldn't let us in and made us wait by the roadside for a very long time, and no wedding car ever showed up. We were very angry and called the front desk. Thankfully, the staff quickly arranged and guided us to the underground parking. When checking out, another lady promptly explained the situation again and gave us many apology gifts, which actually made me feel a bit embarrassed. The hotel's service is really good, and Qiqihar's early morning market is definitely worth a visit!

We drove to Heihe with our family and booked a hotel online in advance. Upon arrival, the hotel lived up to the reviews. The location was fantastic, with Mother Square across the street and beautiful views from the sightseeing elevator and corridors. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel had its own parking lot in the backyard, making it perfect for a road trip. Pets are welcome, and our Shiba Inu had a place to stay, which was great. We didn't get a room for the next day on Ctrip, so we spent an extra hundred yuan to book elsewhere, which was a shame. Other options are fine. Highly recommended.

Located almost at the end of Snow Rhyme Street. We hired luggage transport services for RMB20/ luggage to and from our hotel to the bus station. Room was spacious and comfortable but since 5 of us were non smokers.. It was difficult for me to sleep at night when the cigarettes smoke from other room seeping into our room as I sleep near the closed window. I wear face mask to sleep. Breakfast was basic. I drove to Mohe for a trip. Ctrip's five-star hotel offered a great price. The room was spacious and bright, and the environment was particularly good. This newly opened hotel is probably the best in Mohe. The whole house has smart toilets and curtains, and the front desk service was particularly good. I directly upgraded the standard room I booked to a river view deluxe room. I stayed at the hotel with the mentality of giving it a try, and the result exceeded my imagination, so I extended my reservation for another day. The front desk also gave me a small gift refrigerator magnet. I felt a little regretful when I had breakfast that I didn't buy the refrigerator magnet. It was so thoughtful. I have recommended it to relatives and friends.

The room was spacious and very clean, exactly as pictured online, making it perfect for families with children. The host was also very nice. From the room, we could see the Songhua River and, in the far distance, the Ferris wheel of the Ice and Snow World. The nearby Baroque district was still undergoing renovation, with many old buildings being remodeled, which made the surrounding area a bit messy. PS: The barbecue restaurant directly opposite the apartment building downstairs was delicious. I forgot to take photos inside the room, so I've added a few distant shots taken from the room.

An incredibly satisfying hotel stay, I wholeheartedly recommend it! Our experience was excellent from start to finish; the staff greeted us with warm, welcoming smiles. The hotel lobby is modern and elegant. Our room was spotlessly clean and tidy, with everything neatly arranged. It was fully equipped with all necessary amenities, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. Overall, everything was superb, and I highly recommend this hotel!

The location is excellent and is about just 100m from where the bus stops. It is situated within the central street where all the actions are. The room was clean but basic. The view from the wndow of our room was simply gorgeous - picturesque snow mushrooms. Staff were very polite and helpful. The young man at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He suggested what activities worth doing, and made all the necessary arrangements for us - transport, tickets and etc.. At his suggestion, we therefore visited Datudingz Mountain and Snow Valley - the two must visit places when staying in Snow Town. He also helped with the arrangement of our transportation to Harbin, our next stop. Coming to the not so good, we paid a 5 star price for a 2-star homestay type accommodation. While this is understandable, as the hotels here operate at most five months of twelve, during winter only, the amenities provided could be better and be better maintained. There was a foul strench from our toilet throughout our stay. Accessories were loosely secured due to wear and tear but should not be the excuse of leaving them.unrepaired. Disposal towels rather than proper towels were provided. These were thin and insufficient at drying the whole body. Also, there was only one piece provided per person for a two night stay, so no daily fresh towels.That said, I guess that most or all of the motels in Snow Town are of that state. Hopefully, this review will encourage some improvement.
