The B&B environment was incredibly comfortable, clean, and tidy, with all the amenities you could need. The backyard parking lot was huge, the location was excellent, very close to the lake. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, and their responses were prompt. Overall, a perfect experience! It offers fantastic value for money, and I felt completely at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

Back in Xining, I didn't hesitate to choose the Wanda Vista Hotel again. The hotel entrance had a lovely aroma that immediately uplifted our spirits. The grand and bright lobby also helped to alleviate our altitude sickness. Since it was a holiday, there were many guests, but everyone was queuing in an orderly fashion. Upon entering the room, we could see the mountain view. At this time of year, green shoots are just starting to appear, giving a vibrant and flourishing feel. The breakfast service was warm and attentive, creating a comfortable and pleasant dining atmosphere. The variety and taste of the food met our needs perfectly. Originally, there was an airport shuttle bus stop right outside the hotel, but it wasn't operating recently. I asked the hotel staff, and they mentioned that due to a recent state visit and subsequent traffic control, the service hasn't been restored yet. I hope the airport shuttle service will be back up and running next time I return, making travel more convenient.

The hotel is located near the Chaka Salt Lake. The hotel does offer room with oxygen supply for guests who are concern over high altitude sickness. We were there during low season and breakfast choices were very limited. I would like to comment on the wonderful service of the staff who went up and above to assist the us. The staff offered to take care of our laundry as timer on the dryer was not working and it's unclear when the laundry load can be dried. Would recommend this hotel to folks who plan to stay overnight in Chaka.

Upon entering, the hotel lobby immediately struck us as bright and spacious. Check-in was very efficient, handled quickly by the front desk. We stayed in the guesthouse section, where all rooms are on the ground floor, so we didn't have to worry about any noise from upstairs at night. The room was also spotlessly clean. In the evening, there was a bonfire party and even fireworks by the main entrance. There's a restaurant conveniently located right next door, offering delicious and affordable local specialty dishes, making dining very easy. We were even presented with traditional Hada scarves and enjoyed singing performances, adding a wonderful touch of local ethnic culture. We were lucky enough to catch a beautiful sunset during our visit, and the fresh air was incredibly refreshing and comfortable. The breakfast spread was abundant and excellent. Highly recommended!

The hotel is a little out of place to be honest. It’s very close to 水上雅丹 but this attraction is not open to foreigners. This hotel has 司机房 for free (for those who has a driver). However, my family and I never NEVER regret staying at this hotel even though the driver mention that it’s out of place and he has to go longer way to Dunhuang. The sky was clear and we were able to see stars (really a lot of stars) and also sunrise and sunset. One thing to share would be HAHA We are a family of 4. Only the first person who showered has hot water. The rest of us showered in cold water. There is a signage saying that the hot water will come again 20 mins after the first person showered but the hot water didn’t come. However, it’s not a big factor and we totally understand because it’s in a middle of desert!! We are luckily to even have water to shower in the first place. Our driver shared with us that this area doesn’t have water pipes so we are really luckily that this hotel does supply water.

Great location and very good service from front door and the cleaner Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it. The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean Breakfast provided for every day too.

Nice room with view from neighborhood. It's 30min walk from downtown but there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. I was the only guest during the 4 nights I was there, so not much of an atmosphere despite the nice social areas. The heating system (underfloor) works only in the night so it's a bit chill during the day. There are hot showers and possibly of doing laundry (10yuan a load).

The front desk service was very enthusiastic. When I checked in, I was given cookies, which were delicious and hot. The front desk lady patiently introduced the hotel and the swimming pool and gym. I also went to experience them. The service of the swimming pool staff was also very good and warm. The room was clean and tidy. I will continue to choose this hotel next time.

It's truly the most beautiful B&B on the plateau, fulfilling every imaginable experience. I stumbled upon a room this morning and saw it included breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with horseback riding. I booked it without hesitation, and I wasn't disappointed. The hotel is stunning, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and warm with heating. From the room, you can gaze out at the snow-capped mountains and cattle in the distance. The complimentary meals are also excellent, along with a variety of drinks and coffee. ☕️ Books, cats, and more are all available. It's the perfect place to unwind.

I chose this hotel online for a long time. The stay experience far exceeded expectations. It is definitely Xining's preferred treasure residence! The overall environment of the hotel is clean and tidy, the decoration is simple and atmospheric without losing warmth, the public areas are well organized, the room is well lit, well ventilated, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the toiletries are complete and the quality is online, and the stay is particularly comfortable. The price/performance ratio is full of surprises. It is difficult to find such a high-quality accommodation at the same price. The location is excellent, very close to Wanda, a few minutes walk to reach, the surrounding dining, shopping, entertainment facilities are all available, eating and shopping are very convenient, travel is also worry-free.
