This hotel is perfectly located! Just a 10-minute walk downstairs to the Muslim Quarter and the Bell Tower, so it's super close to all the attractions. What really stood out was how spacious the room was and the excellent facilities. The gym and laundry room were also very convenient and useful. For the price, this place is incredible value for money. I highly recommend staying here!

The room was spotless, and the smart toilet was a fantastic touch. The bathroom was spacious, and the pillows were so comfortable I slept like a log. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect; the subway entrance is right outside, no need to cross any roads. It's only about a hundred meters from the Bell Tower, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, plus a shopping mall right across the street. Getting around and finding food couldn't be easier.
I rarely leave reviews, but this place truly deserves one. The location is perfect, right at the foot of Mount Hua, just a few minutes' drive from the visitor center, and parking is convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and you can see the mountain view as soon as you open the window. Waking up to the sound of birds in the morning was incredibly therapeutic. The owner even picked us up from the mountain and prepared hot water and ginger tea for us. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay with no hidden fees, offering great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Mount Hua.

This hotel boasts a traditional garden-style architecture and is incredibly convenient for transport. It's just a 4-minute walk from the exit of Metro Lines 3 and 4. There's also a back gate that leads directly to the North Square of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and further south you'll find the Pagoda itself, the Grand Tang Mall, and the Tang Paradise, making it super easy to explore. The rooms are well-equipped, even featuring smart toilets. The staff are exceptionally warm and helpful, offering thoughtful advice on nearby tourist routes. It was a really pleasant stay.

I really liked staying here! The hotel was lovely and clean, very conveniently located, and the cats are absolutely friendly and delightful.
I was very pleased with the Ancient Wall View from my room - close enough to see, but not close enough that people were looking into the room! The room itself was also perfect for me, with a comfortable bed and a very modern bathroom.
Getting in was miiiiiildly confusing, just because I didn't realise that the hotel requires walking down a tiny (clearly signposted) alley to get to the stairs - not too bad, but I had to walk past twice to realise where I was. Overall a great stay!

The hotel service is fantastic! Especially the front desk and restaurant staff, who are always ready to help and incredibly warm, truly matching the service level of a five-star hotel. After checking in, we received fresh fruit every day, and there was even a late-night snack available after 9 PM. The hotel environment is excellent, located right inside a wetland park. The only minor downside is that the TV doesn't support screen mirroring, which I hope they can improve. After checking out, we even received a parting gift (four bags of tea)!

We haven't checked out yet, but so far we're quite satisfied with both the service and the room. The staff are very responsive and helpful, always ready to assist. The only downside is that the room lacks a bit of natural light. Overall, it's still quite good. I really like your suites, but they weren't available this time. I'll definitely come back next time I have the chance.
His location is superb, very close to Huashan, the back and forth visitor center, high-speed rail station are all the boss driving to pick up, do not have to carry your luggage to find the way, too friendly to the people who have climbed the mountain legs. Booking, shopping, buying equipment can be done in the hotel! The room is clean and tidy, the whole house is small and smart and has a projection, the bedding is comfortable, the sound insulation is good, and after climbing Huashan, I am tired and I can sleep until dawn. There is also a dine-in in his house, like the restaurant, the boss personally cooks, and the craftsmanship is very good. It’s not boring to live with the children for two days. The children play with the boss’s daughter and get along well.

Our stay at the W Hotel was absolutely incredible. I was completely blown away by the sheer scale and beauty of the building — everything felt luxurious, modern, and thoughtfully designed from the moment we arrived. The lighting, flooring, and stunning views over the lake created such an impressive atmosphere throughout the hotel.
I had asked if it would be possible to upgrade to a lake view room, and the staff kindly arranged it for us the following day, which we really appreciated. It was also our anniversary, so the hotel surprised us with balloons and a cake in the room, which was such a thoughtful touch. My partner especially loved the cake — she probably ate 90% of it herself!
The food throughout our stay was amazing, and the breakfast spread was one of the best I’ve experienced anywhere. There was such a huge variety of options, all beautifully presented. The cocktail bar / Betty Boop bar was also fantastic, with a really stylish atmosphere, and the complimentary cocktail each day was a great bonus.
The facilities were equally impressive. The swimming pool was massive, the hot tub was excellent, and the gym was honestly incredible — modern, spacious, and very well equipped.
What stood out most was how unique the hotel felt. The Art Deco influences mixed with the modern design made it unlike anywhere I’ve stayed before. Every detail felt polished and high-end while still feeling welcoming and enjoyable.
Overall, one of the most beautiful, stylish, and memorable hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I would happily return again.

I came here for a conference and then decided to extend my stay for the weekend to explore Xi'an like a special forces soldier. After comparing several options, I chose Zhiyincheng Hotel.
**Location:** It's a short walk from Gate 3 of Joy City. If you're taking a taxi, set your destination to the Westin Hotel. It's quite close to the subway, specifically Exit B of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda station. It's incredibly convenient for getting around. Plus, it's very close to famous attractions like the Big Wild Goose Pagoda light show, Datang Everbright City, and Da Ci'en Temple. The hotel's interior design is unique and perfect for taking photos.
**Service:** The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. I took Metro Line 4 from Xi'an North Station, and when I was about to arrive, I messaged the concierge. They met me at the subway station and helped me with my luggage. As soon as I entered the hotel, they immediately offered me a refreshing glass of sour plum juice, which was delicious. I went out to explore after dropping off my luggage, and when I returned in the evening, I actually forgot my room number! I asked the front desk attendant for help, and instead of getting annoyed, she immediately looked up my room number and even had my late-night snack delivered to my room. The next morning, I realized my period had started early and asked the front desk for help. They promptly sent up sanitary products; it was incredibly thoughtful.
**Cleanliness:** Very clean and hygienic.
**Facilities:** Smart toilet, large TV, smart curtains, smart vanity mirror… the room's amenities are quite modern. I particularly liked the placement of the toilet paper holder in the bathroom. It's perfectly aligned with normal usage habits, unlike some hotels where it's placed behind the toilet, requiring you to strain your back to reach it. The mirror is a dream for anyone who wears makeup. The only minor drawback was the shower. The showerhead holder is fixed to the wall and is quite high. For someone short like me, it's not very user-friendly. When showering, after rinsing off, if I wanted to hang the showerhead back up and then get some body wash, I had to stand on tiptoes to reach it, which can be quite dangerous in a wet shower. Also, the holder wasn't very easy to insert the showerhead into, so that was a bit inconvenient.
**Breakfast:** The selection was neither too much nor too little, but it felt just right. Both mornings, the staff at the cooking station were wonderful and very enthusiastic, making guests feel energized right from the start. During my meal, I saw a foreign guest who seemed to want a sunny-side-up egg. Although the server might not have fully understood what the guest wanted in English, they made a great effort to communicate through gestures and eventually understood the guest's request. I thought this was excellent and truly demonstrated our country's hospitality.
**Chinese or Western Afternoon Tea (choose one):** The sugar cookies were delicious. I forgot what kind of coffee beans I ordered, but they were incredibly smooth. I ordered an Americano, and it had a sweet aftertaste, which was very pleasant.
**Travel Photography:** The hotel provides complimentary travel photography services. The makeup artist, photographer, and their assistant were all excellent and very professional. They communicated patiently with me, and the entire photoshoot was very enjoyable. I was extremely satisfied with the final photos.
**Value for Money:** Some people might feel that Zhiyincheng Hotel is slightly more expensive than nearby hotels. However, I believe its service, location, and amenities make it well worth the price. The next time I visit Xi'an, I would still choose Zhiyincheng Hotel.

Very Good
We were five grown men and had a very comfortable stay. This is a B&B in the residential complex. It's beautifully decorated, quiet, and well-equipped. The floor heating was very warm, even with the windows open, it wasn't cold, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. The complex is well-managed, and it's right next to Wanda and two snack streets! There's a wide variety of food options, but eating in the room was so comfortable that we deliberately packed up for two nights and played mahjong and poker afterwards...we didn't want to go out. Transportation is very convenient, and the subway station is just a short walk away. Two of the bedrooms are small suites, one with a private bathroom, and the other two share a bathroom. Three bathrooms are definitely enough. In short, living in this large flat is really comfortable!
This hotel is very nice, comfortable, and very close to attractions. The cafe downstairs also has nice coffee. The towels were changed daily and packed nicely in individual packs after being sanitized. Drinking water bottles were restocked daily. The Ming City Wall is just the opposite. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Have never seen a good hotel in Xi'an like this ,the manager is very friendly, they even have a support staff incase of any issues encountered, it's a great place supermarkets all over 😀 it's a recommendation to you all
Good and comfortable stay. Room was clean and amenities were also of good standard. Although bathroom was not private but it was manageable as only two rooms were dependent on one unit. Location was very convenient and close to Xian Station. Overall good place with scenic view of city wall.

Perfect
Choosing Yingju this time was such a wise decision! The location is superb, just 100 meters from the Terracotta Warriors ticket gate. We got up early and chose to enter at 8:30 am, which was great because it was the off-season and there were fewer people. The owners were very welcoming and provided excellent service. The owner is a great cook, and the breakfast was especially heartwarming. We had a wonderful time chatting and drinking tea in the tea room and courtyard after seeing the Terracotta Warriors in the evening and at noon. They even gave me several large pomegranates to take home! The room was very clean. The owner used to work in the mattress industry, and he said the mattresses in the rooms cost 20,000 yuan each. The bathroom amenities were also very thoughtful. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. For someone like me who travels frequently for work and is tired of hotels, a guesthouse is the perfect place to relax after a busy day. Our trip was too rushed, otherwise I really wanted to stay longer. The off-season, the good weather, the quiet village, basking in the sun, drinking tea, and chatting – this is life!
Recomended hotel to stay in Xi’an, near with mall, near subway station, strategic place to go anywhere in Xi’an city, all services very good also. Thank you very much
This place is run by a very kind couple, they will take care of you fully through your entire stay in Huayin town! We visited Huayin to hike Huashan, and apart from taking a taxi to the guesthouse, all transport was provided by the boss - he drove us to the visitors centre for starting the hike, even coming to pick us when the ticket booth wasn’t open (Chinese public holiday) and drove us to the main visitor centre, and then he drove us to the train station on our last day. The lady boss helped to buy cableway tickets ahead of our hike so we wouldn’t have to queue. We also ate all meals here, as the food is great! The guesthouse is located in a small village at the foot of the mountain, a short walk from a small ticket booth for park tickets (only locals can buy Huashan tickets on WeChat, foreigners need to buy them in person). This ticket counter is closed on public holidays (no signs or announcements, we just bumped into some park staff who told us), so you will need to go to the main visitors centre (about 3 mins drive). You should download WeChat to communicate with the guesthouse - we messaged them and they helped to figure out what was going on, and sent a car to come get us. After descending from the mountain you may message them for pick up, but we chose to walk back to the guesthouse from the visitors centre (~10mins). It is really remote, there’s nothing much to do in the area apart from admire the views, but this is also precisely why this place is so lovely!
This is my first trip outside of my country so I was nervous, but as soon as I arrived I felt at home. The hosts are very accomodating even if we don’t speak the language, over our 10 day stay we became friends. Everything is clean and beautiful. There were so many amenities free of charge and we were offered gorgeous local and in-season produce such as pomegranates and persimmons. The view of the mountain is breathtaking and the neighbours are very friendly. The home cooking is to die for! The best food we had all trip was at home so I highly recommend trying some. It is also so close to HuaQingGong, the Terracotta Warriors, scenic persimmon orchards and all that Lintong has to offer. We will miss the inn dearly. 5 stars all around
