We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Bell Tower Xi’an. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional service from the staff, who were always warm, friendly, and helpful. A special mention goes to the concierge (we didn’t get his name)who went above and beyond by waiting with us until our Didi arrived to make sure we got into the correct car. That thoughtful gesture made us feel safe and well taken care of. The family room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing plenty of room for our family. We also appreciated the complimentary self-service washer and dryer, which was incredibly convenient during our trip. Another lovely touch was the complimentary afternoon tea, which was a nice way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and thoughtful amenities in a great location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi’an.

This guesthouse at the foot of Mount Hua is a real hidden gem, so authentic and down-to-earth! The owner is incredibly warm and genuine, the rooms are spotless, and their shuttle service is excellent, making it super convenient to get around. It's a comfortable and relaxing stay, my top pick for climbing Mount Hua. I truly recommend it!

I think this hotel offers excellent value for money, and its location is quite reasonable. It's convenient for going out to eat fish or shopping. The standard facilities are perfectly adequate for the price, and even during the holidays, paying just over 500 RMB is still a good deal. I want to especially commend them for not only offering breakfast but also a late-night snack service. This isn't just some perfunctory offering; it's a real spread of various Hanzhong specialties. You could easily skip dinner and just wait for the late-night snack – highly recommended! Also, their beef hotpot is incredibly reasonably priced; you could honestly just eat that hotpot right here at the hotel. The only minor drawback is that they don't have their own parking lot, so every time you want to drive out, you have to inform the front desk, which is a bit of a hassle. Additionally, there aren't many activities for kids; there's a small golf area upstairs, but no swimming pool.

My stay this time was excellent. The hotel butler was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, treating guests with exceptional politeness, and answering questions promptly and efficiently. The hotel grounds and courtyard boast beautiful scenery, nestled by the mountains with a comfortable environment and fresh air – truly an ideal choice for a short getaway. The amenities are solid, with a shuttle bus service and direct subway access. All the staff members were enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel also features hot springs, a swimming pool, and various parent-child facilities, catering to different travel needs. My only minor suggestion would be for the Chinese restaurant's dishes to be improved. I recommend optimizing the specialty dishes and Cantonese flavors to further enhance the food quality. Showcasing the highlights of Cantonese cuisine would make it even more perfect. Overall, the comprehensive experience was great, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for future trips. I genuinely think it's fantastic and will bring my children next time! 🥰

Very nice hotel. Lovely staff - very helpful, loads of advice on where to find the tastiest food in Xi’an. The bath in our room was very big and comfortable. Big bed with very soft sheets. Amazing location - 2 minutes from an entrance to the wall. Loads of great food. Treats, eye mask and ear plugs provided (in the mornings it’s a little noisy outside from the food stalls). The cats are all lovely. The hotel provides some cat food to feed the cats. Highly recommend.

I called the hotel's main line several times during my stay, and the phone was answered almost instantly every time. The operators had soft, sweet voices and were patient and meticulous in their responses. Whether I was asking about facilities, requesting amenities, or inquiring about local sightseeing routes, they provided clear and quick solutions, demonstrating incredibly high responsiveness with no delays or waiting throughout. The hotel's decor is trendy and upscale, and the guest room facilities are smart and comprehensive, offering expansive views and an excellent landscape. Service staff I encountered everywhere would proactively smile and greet me, and all my requests were handled promptly and efficiently. It wasn't about forced small talk, but rather perfectly executed professional service that made the experience absolutely fantastic. This is my top choice for a staycation in Xi'an, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

A complimentary professional makeup and styling service, along with garden access to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, is included. The photographers and makeup artists were incredibly skilled and professional! The photo shoot results completely blew me away! It was also incredibly convenient, saving me the hassle of booking attractions and renting costumes myself. Beyond relaxing, I could immerse myself in exploring the Big Wild Goose Pagoda scenic area, making my travel planning exceptionally stress-free. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the service is attentive yet unobtrusive, balancing both relaxation and cultural exploration. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when visiting the Big Wild Goose Pagoda area in Xi'an.

This hotel has a fantastic location and a really classy name! My colleague and I were on a business trip from Hanzhong and decided to stay at the Honglu Hotel. We were very impressed. It's right next to Xiaonanmen, so there's a lively morning market and night market nearby. Plus, the city wall is right outside the entrance. The front desk staff were lovely and provided excellent service; they even helped us with our luggage when we checked out. And when we left something behind, they helped us mail it back! So grateful! 🙏

The bathroom was clean, the shower had good water pressure, and the toiletries were of high quality. Although the room's soundproofing was generally good, the traffic noise from outside the window was still a bit disturbing at night. The hotel's dining service was equally satisfying. The breakfast offered a rich variety, from freshly baked pastries to authentic local delicacies, catering to all tastes. Furthermore, the gym and swimming pool facilities were well-maintained, providing additional convenience for guests. Overall, this hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay for travelers.
