I chose this hotel because it was close to the pier where I disembarked and also close to the Finnish sauna I wanted to go to! The room was small, and the bathroom was tiny. I thought it was only for two nights, so I didn't need it cleaned, but when I put up a ”Please clean” sign before leaving the next morning, no one paid any attention, and the room was never cleaned. I was a little disappointed. Breakfast was included and was quite plentiful.

The room was spotless. The service was excellent, and I was incredibly grateful that they helped me retrieve an item I'd left behind during my previous stay! The Hilton brand is very well-regarded in China, so it was no surprise to see many Chinese guests staying here.

The breakfast was amazing! In the restaurant I was sad to see they only had one server in the restaurant she seemed to be working very hard but it took a long time to get our bill. I’d like to see them utilise the outdoor area more because it’s very nice. The front desk were very attentive

The hotel is good, the room and bathroom are clean. What upset us was that we booked it because of the luggage storage. It exists but has no security whatsoever, and when we went to leave our suitcase, there was another suitcase there, rummaged through. I contacted the hotel and they said the risk was ours. We preferred to pay 8 euros at the train station than leave our things there. If we had known this, we would have booked another hotel or accommodation that we liked but that didn't have this luggage storage service. This one had it, but we couldn't trust it.

Rated as a luxury hotel, a standard room costs about 1100 RMB per night without breakfast. Considering the high prices in the Nordics, this is quite affordable. It's a good option for those traveling to Helsinki.

I stayed here for one night in November 2024. The room type is a twin room. A dedicated airport bus comes to pick you up at the airport, but I didn't know where it was, so I had to search for it quite a bit. (Because I didn't really understand the terminal 2 listed on the website) You can find it just by looking at the bus, so if you look for it at the bus terminal at Helsinki Vantaa Airport about 15 minutes before departure, you should be able to find it right away. The room, toilet, and shower were all clean, and there was a refrigerator and large and small towels, so it was enough. There are drinks and food in front of the reception on the first floor, so it's fine even if you want to eat or drink something late at night or early in the morning. In terms of the location of the hotel, the nearby shopping mall is about a 10-minute walk away. The bus stop to Helsinki Center Station is also about a 5-minute walk away, so the location is not bad. It's a little far from Helsinki Vantaa Airport, but there is a dedicated shuttle bus, so I don't think it's a problem. Breakfast is included, the price is quite cheap near Helsinki Vantaa Airport, and the quality is not bad, so I personally recommend it!

Very stylish room, I guess the boss of this hotel is must a designer, so every room has a different painting, and slightly different decorations accordingly. Reception staffs are very friendly. I felt very pleasure during those days.

I think the corridor floor of guestrooms should be vacuumed daily as some guests bring along their pet with fur everywhere.
