What a great find! The room was better than we expected, so clean and a massive bed. We paid more for a river view and were so happy we did as we had a cute balcony and could open the window doors and stand there and look out at the river.
The breakfast was amazing and we were asked whatever type of egg we wanted and it was made fresh.
We spoke to a great member of staff called Magda and she was so friendly and polite and would do anything for us.
We will definitely come back again.
I stayed at the Bush Hotel Farnham while attending a memorial service. Overall, it was a great stay — the hotel is charming and well-located, with good cleanliness and amenities. The atmosphere felt calm and respectful, which suited the occasion.
That said, the rooms felt quite dated. While everything was tidy and functional, the old-fashioned decor didn’t quite match the price point. Service was decent, though not exceptional.
Still, a solid choice if you value tradition and a peaceful environment, but be aware the interiors may not be modern.
A nice hotel located close to Gatwick Airport. The bus connection runs every 15 minutes to the airport and stops at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious.
I had a L shaped single room. At first appearance, it seemed very small though nicely decorated. The room seemed to grow and was plenty big enough for one person. Equipped with coffee/tea making facilities, even biscuits. All toiletries in the bathroom. The staff were great! Helpful and polite….overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. The location is perfect. Short walk to the city centre .
The apartment is amazing and very well equipped with excellent amenities, making the stay extremely comfortable. The location is a big plus, especially with its proximity to Heathrow. Although the entrance can be a little hidden and slightly tricky to find at night, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I stayed on the 3rd floor, so carrying heavy luggage required a bit of effort, but it was manageable. Overall, it was a lovely stay and I would definitely recommend this apartment.
The room is large, can open two large suitcases, heating is enough, good health, the bed is very comfortable, the staff is friendly, there is free parking, the stay experience is good, it is worth recommending
The room was good, the size was right and the bed was comfortable. There is a capsule coffee machine in the room. The menu ordered separately for breakfast is delicious and not expensive. The hotel is next to the Thames.
The room facilities are quite complete, but it is too small, two people can't turn around, the staff service is quite good, the hotel has an airport shuttle bus, which costs 13 pounds (5 minutes drive, not cheap), the hotel has no elevator, the stairs are very high, and the staff helped to move the luggage up and down, which is very inconvenient. The breakfast is very rich. This hotel should be a residential conversion, with only a few rooms, I don't know how to rate it 4 stars. If it is 3 stars, it is still good, but 4 stars is not worthy of the name.
The staff and the service: totally incredible. The food was average at best, and there weren't many amenities, but it was located very close to 2 train lines which was extremely convenient. If you aren't planning to spend much time in your room, it's a great staging area for heading into London, going to and from the airport, or getting anywhere you need to. Priced right, especially for what you're getting. I would recommend it to friends and I would stay there again myself.
