Hotel location is near MRT (metro rail), say 100-150 m walk. Hotel service is quick (ordered food for in room dining, got fulfilled in less than 20 min ). Overall neat and clean. Good Reception area. Food for business stay.

Excellent suite rooms. Neat clean new construction . Nice closed swimming pool , very enjoyable . Gym is good . Restaurant serves great food . Matured understanding professional staff . We enjoyed staying there . Recommended for friends and family

Absolutely amazing property....very clean neighbourhood. Staff is very attentive, rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet 10 out of 10. Thank you sofitel for amazing experience.

It’s a nice and comfortable five star hotel with good selection of breakfast. Only setback is the bathroom. No place to hang clothes or towel. A couple of hooks will be helpful.

Very satisfied with a stay experience. The service staff are very warm, there are many types of breakfast, and you can also experience authentic Indian cuisine. Knowing that I have a lot of water, the waiter replenishes sufficient bottled water every day, safe and clean, recommended!

The warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas. The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay. The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience. Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort. Quite average service considering it is ibis. The staff is really slow to respond with some being rude and unbothered at times. Blatantly refusing bellboy services and asking us to carry our own luggage. Breakfast was good. Guards were really helpful though. Ample parking space. Rooms are a bit small but ***ageable.

i was assisted by Irfan, his accommodating level is superb plus i arrived early in the hotel but then he gave me a luxurious and spacious room with a beautiful view and managed to check-in me early as well. and i booked a room with breakfast and dinner, i got to say the restaurant is well maintained and the food is really nice!!! all i can cay the people here are so nice!!! im looking forward to stay here when i get back to india❤️❤️❤️

The staff are friendly and the hotel is good. Some parts are a little too much ^^ I just don't know much about food. Will stay again next time I go to India One more thought is needed.
