Very nice service , famous food , quiet place for relax

It’s an excellent property spread across a substantial area, very clean and well maintained. It is serviced by a team of ever smiling staffs that are extremely helpful which will make your stay both pleasurable and memorable. The rooms are well equipped and the restaurant serves some very tasty food though would like to suggest to refrain from ordering the chinese dishes as i personally found them to be away from the conventional taste. The property also houses a bar with karaoke facility every evening. All in all a great destination if you are looking to spend some quality peaceful time. Assured you will be fully rested. Also, if one chooses the right season they will be gifted with some amazing view of the kanchenzonga. We were lucky to experience the view during our stay even though it was very unusual for this time of the year. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable stay, nice rooms and bathrooms with all modern amenities. The hotel had a very traditional feel with wooden staircases, wooden floors, wood panel-led walls in rooms, traditional paintings on ceilings. Overall very nice experience

I booked to stay one night with my father. Their staff are so amazing they changed the room immediately as my father could not walk too ***y stairs. So I would like to say their staff and hospitality is top notch. The room was really nice however there was a sound that came from the kitchen exhaust which was like a generator. So until the kitchen shut at 10pm this noise was there. This is the only negative part of my stay. The other suggestion I have is to have some room to do exercises or games room or something. Its an amazing property. Loved it.

We stayed at this hotel two years ago and recently returned. While we still had a good overall experience, it seems the management may have changed. Back then, the property had beautiful traditional Sikkimese-style tents that gave it a unique charm and character. Unfortunately, it now feels like the hotel is being modernized, and it has lost a bit of that special atmosphere that made it stand out. That said, the rest of the stay was still pleasant, with good service and comfort. Overall, still a nice place—but we do miss the original charm.

Very good hotel and stof

Excellent staff, very good room very beautiful hotel. It is a high quality hotel any one can book this hotel who wants quality stay. Only problem lift is not there which may create problem but in pelling maximum hotel does not having lift

Very friendly & helpful staff esp the manager mr. Deepak, who also spoke our lange kannada &tamil, was very friendly. Simran from house keeping kept our room clean. Good food. Had a nice time for 4n/5d
