予約時のチェックアウト12時に対しホテル記載のチェックアウト11時で違ってなぜか追加料金取られそうになった。予約表を見せたら大丈夫になったけどすぐに見せられなかったら追加料金払わなきゃダメだったのかな？ しかもチェックインする時は名前を言って確認取れたらカードキーを渡されるだけで何の説明も無かったです。
