Overall, it was very comfortable to live in. The house is very large and has two floors. It has a TV and a KTV. However, I don’t know how to use the KTV. I spent a long time researching it when I first started using it. I brought two small dogs here this time. They are pet-friendly. I prepared the items for the dogs. I have to pay a deposit of RM200 before check-in. It will be refunded after confirmation after check-out. The communication with the landlord was smooth. The location is very close to Chinatown. It is also very close to the Red House and can be reached on foot. The overall experience is very good! Will come back again! The only drawback is that there are a lot of mosquitoes. Even though the homeowner lit mosquito coils, there were still mosquitoes and I got a few bites. I hope the homeowner will pay more attention to mosquito control in the future! Next, the room is close to the road. People who sleep on the side of the window can easily hear the sounds outside. People who sleep lightly are advised to stay away from the window! The bed is very comfortable, with moderate firmness and softness for me. Overall, it’s good. The price was about RM300 when I booked it, so the CP value is good! This time we are staying with 4 people, and the maximum number can be 6 people. The more people there are, the higher the CP value is! If the price hasn’t increased, I highly recommend it!

The house is very clean, the parking space is large, there is mahjong for recreation It is very convenient to drive close to joker streets in less than 10 minutes!

Spacious, clean & comfortable homestay for 10 persons and above. Location is convenient for a short walk to Melaka Raya area if you're the walking type. 5 mins walk to Newton Food Court. Otherwise, it's accessible to town area by car easily, depending on traffic conditions. It's right beside a Shell station, easy to find. Rooms were good, clean and place was well kept. If there's a miss, it's that it may be tough to park as it's right by the main road, so timing and direction from where you approach the house is crucial. There's a narrow alley by the side that can accommodate 3 cars, but make sure you leave enough space for bikes to pass as there are people living behind the property. All in all, nice place for big family gathering in Melaka.

The three washrooms are equipped with hot water treasures. It is no problem to take a bath with hot water. Although it is a staircase room, the owner has made an electric chair for the elderly to go up and down the stairs. The boss is an overseas Chinese. The whole process is barrier-free communication, and there is no need to see people at all. Self-check-in Help check out, come and go are WeChat exchanges, talk about mutual trust, there is something on WeChat and the boss said, the problem can be solved immediately 😊 The most important thing is that his home is downstairs. The pharmacy owner opened it himself. Downstairs is the food street. There are restaurants everywhere. There are shopping malls/night markets a few hundred meters nearby! And the price of such a big suite is not expensive! Worth staying, the experience is great 👍
