The hotel is right in the centre of Veendam, and whilst it's not luxurious, it's clean and comfortable. The bar is excellent, their own beers are also very good, and there's a wide range of others available should you prefer. The food in the restaurant was also pretty good, being tasty and generous. We'll certainly be back!

Not a hotel where you are very happy now. The fridge food air is hanging penetrant in all the halls and public spaces. Breakfast is very charitable. Dated coffee machine without cappuccino. No possibility to update. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant is very good at the top.
