So let's begin with the positives. The staff is excellent, beyond excellent they will go out of everything to make you feel accommodated. They are unbelievably attentive. Another positive aspect is its location which is literally right on the sand. Can't get much closer to the beach than this hotel. And did I mention that the staff was very accommodating? When you want to lounge on the beach, the staff will rush out immediately to position the lounges and put towels down. They truly work hard to assist your every need when you are on the beach. An improvement would be updated lounge chairs with cushions but you are not lounging on the sand unless you want to. So as I said, I want to start off with a positive but there are serious negatives about this hotel in fact to the point at which I would suggest booking a different hotel if at all possible. First on the list of negatives is that the food at the restaurant is less than mediocre. Yes you will get breakfast but in all honesty, you might just want to pass that up. Nothing is kept hot...nothing. Everything is served lukewarm or cold except for the eggs which they do make right away...the fresh cooked eggs is the only exception to luke-warm or in some cases even slightly undercooked food. However, what should be cold is never cold, for example even though the milk has a sign that says cold milk it is always room temperature as well as the juices. The cold milk is warm...always,,,,while the food that should be warm or hot is always cold or virtually well on its way to being cold. It's interesting that even though they have the small gas flame burners at the bottom of containers for food, they are never on. Additionally I would recommend that if you are not accustomed to luke-warm to cold Filipino style food again, you may want stay eat somewhere else because most of the food served is Filipino style and while Filipino food can be quite good, not here. Now for the accommodations. The rooms are at best motel style rooms with the AC blasting down on you constantly. Your only alternative is to turn the AC on and off throughout the night to get a break. The rooms themselves are rustic and extremely noisy because everything faces the courtyard and you have concrete surrounding you so it echoes in any conversation especially at night. Sound just echoes throughout the entire place. There is constant noise so bring your ear plugs. I will say, staff keeps everything very clean so no problems there at all. It's just that the entire facility is not well-designed or well maintained for most travelers' expectations. For example, The hot water in the shower it's turned on similar to a faucet bathtub style but the water literally trickles out (at least in my room). Fortunately you do get some hot water coming through the shower head and while it is barely enough to take a shower, it is not what you would expect at a hotel price. I selected this hotel because it has so many good reviews online and it has a lot of 10s out of10s. One site lists it as 4.9 out of 5, I thought that was great but after a few nights, I am convinced that these reviews are from the owners, owner friends or staff or perhaps all of them. It is completely beyond my imagination that this hotel can get those kinds of reviews especially as there are other hotels that are around to compare with. I have traveled a lot and this is probably not more then a five to six at most out of 10 and the only reason it's that high because of staff. Again....5.5 to 10 is my rating on this motel/hotel.

Stayed 2 days and 3 nights. Room was small but fit 4 people; wish there was a side table or small cabinet, and a freshener in the bath/toilet. For the price with free breakfast, still worth it! Staff gave excellent service, and you can freely use their kitchen for your own meals.

Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy. The cleaning staff came every day for the four days I was there. Facilities: Overall, the facilities are decent for the price, typical of a three-star hotel. Environment: Quiet despite being in a bustling area, with an excellent location. Service: Absolutely fantastic! This is the best service I've ever experienced at a hotel. They even prepared a special surprise for my baby's birthday!

We returned to this hotel again from Gigantes Island and stayed for another 3 days. We were satisfied with everything, the only bad thing was that there were strong low tides in the sea. The staff is very responsive and attentive. There is shampoo, toothpaste, toilet paper and bottled water in the room, the breakfast is very filling and tasty.

From the moment i stepped in, i could already feel the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Surprisingly, they allowed me an early check in considering it was peak season. I couldn't ask for a more like i was the only one guest! The food at their inhouse resto was superb and their buy1 get 1 offer on cocktails anytime of the day gave me reasons not to look elsewhere! Amazing view. Superb service. Worth it! These are the words that can sum up our staycation at Harlan Beach Villa resort located at Station 1 in Boracay. The location is towards the end of Station 1 where there is more privacy and less crowd and you get to enjoy your own beachfront. The beach is literally 10 steps from the villa. We booked for 4 days, 3 nights and it was all worth it. First, the view! OMG! From sunrise to sunset, it just feels so surreal to have such a peaceful view of paradise. And the most amazing part is we get the best view of the sunset right in the villa. When it comes to service, OMG too! They are attentive to all our needs that you don’t need to ask them. They took care of us even to the point that wherever we go, one staff would accompany us to bring our stuff and if we go to enjoy water activities, they would also chaperone us, bring towels and water. And, the best part is we have our own private chef! He can literally cook whatever we are craving for even if it’s not in the menu. And man, the taste is just on point! We didn’t even dare to eat at other restaurants because why would we when we got the best chef! Harlan also offered us a complementary massage which made us feel even more relaxed. Overall, the experience was just amazing. You will definitely get what you pay for! It’s not cheap but it’s all worth it.

We stayed from Feb 25th to March 1st. It's a decent hotel for a quiet stay. It's about a lazy 10-minute walk to the second station, and there's a supermarket about 200 meters away. The hotel consists of two buildings that are close to each other. There's a bar on the rooftop if you're too lazy to go anywhere else, you can kill some time there. Nearby, there's a cafe, like the ones in Anapa, where you can get grilled chicken for 450 pesos. The air conditioning is quiet, and the bed and pillows are comfortable. Hot water is available. All the staff are smiling and eager to please, almost a bit over-the-top for my taste. For breakfast, there are 4 dishes, so you won't go hungry. Overall, if you're not looking for a place right on the beach, it's a good option.

Had a really lovely stay at Levantin Boracay. The location is perfect if you want something a bit more peaceful and away from the crowds, but still close enough to everything. The beachfront setting is beautiful, especially in the mornings, very calm and relaxing. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with everything needed for a nice stay. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful and very welcoming. A special mention to their attentiveness, after I checked out, I forgot something and they messaged me right away to let me know, which I really appreciated. That level of care really stands out. It's a very chill place with the right atmosphere right by the sea. Overall, a great spot if you’re looking for a more laid back Boracay experience. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed this hotel. The room was spacious and the view was simply stunning. Breakfast was very tasty. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They also have a small private area with sun loungers and umbrellas. Beach was amazing too. The only negative aspect we noticed was that during breakfast, a couple of guests came into the restaurant wearing swimwear and bikinis, and the restaurant staff did not say anything to them. It didn’t feel hygienic when they chose food while undressed and then sat down at the table.
