Horrible customer service, no reply for a day. Asked only to change dates of my stay nothing else. I've changed travel tickets twice list 30 dollars on it Because they weren't answering I've booked another place for 2 days, claimed free cancelation three times it was rejected by Trip.com and still no answer from Noli so I canceled another stay lost on cancelation 70 Dollars and came to see what the property and people are working there. They have a camera everywhere but noone came to help me to check in even after messaging to Trip.com customer service, was able to reach them only by call after almost one hour of trying to check in. And the code they asking while checking in is different from your booking so think twice before choosing this place. -10 Horrible customer service.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the location and views are quite decent, the overall service fell short of expectations. Firstly, basic amenities such as drinking water were not provided. When we asked, the receptionist even suggested that we drink tap water, which was quite surprising for a hotel of this standard. Secondly, the service level was disappointing. The bellboys did not assist us with our luggage upon arrival, which is something typically expected. Overall, while the hotel has potential due to its location, the service quality clearly needs improvement.

I really enjoyed staying in this hostel. When I was searching for a place to stay in Gdanks for about two days and found this hostel, I was fine with having less amenities as long as the price is affordable. Moon Hostel Gdanks has definitely surpassed my expection, with the great location with walking distance to the tourist attractions and with the cleanliness and the customer service from the hostel itself. If I ever come back to Gdanks for a vacation, I would very likely choose to book this hostel again.

The location, hygiene, and overall environment are all excellent. For the price, you really can't find anything to complain about. It's incredibly convenient for everything – food, shopping, and getting around. Plus, it's super close to Długi Targ. Highly recommended!

Pros: Great location, less than 30 seconds on foot to Long Market. Cons: - There's some road construction, the Uber we took from the airport to hotel can't find way to hotel therefore he took several rides around, trying to find a way and in the end, we need to carry our luggage for few hundred meters on cobble stone road. - The checkout time, according to the receptionist, is 11:00, not 12:00 as on Trip.com - Since Uber driver can't find the right way to hotel, we asked the receptionist to call a taxi. She called a car (not sure if it's a taxi since there's no meter) and when we reached the train station (2 km away), the driver asked 35 zl for a trip on Uber cost 15 zl.

Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein: Inmitten der charmanten Altstadt gelegen, sind Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung des Hotels erfüllt alle gängigen Standards: Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt – komfortable Betten, Klimaanlage, WLAN, ein funktionales Bad sowie ein kleiner Schreibtisch. Das Interieur ist geschmackvoll, ohne übermäßig luxuriös zu wirken. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Vom Empfang bis zum Service im Frühstücksbereich wurden wir stets zuvorkommend und professionell behandelt. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und auch kleinere Anliegen wurden schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Ein Pluspunkt ist der hoteleigene Pool, der nach einem Tag voller Besichtigungen eine angenehme Möglichkeit zur Entspannung bietet. Auch ein kleiner Wellnessbereich ist vorhanden, wobei dieser eher zweckmäßig als besonders beeindruckend ist.

Great location, breakfast was fab. We arrived much later due to delays and no issues, bed was comdy and room clean with amenities.

Right by the harbor, with cruise ships everywhere, an amusement park and an ancient warship museum next to it. The hotel has an underground parking lot. The sea view from the room is great. The breakfast is a rich breakfast by white standards, a good choice.

The room was good, even if a bit small for two people, the water pressure was weak. They have a laundry you can use, which is an advantage. BUT! The communication is very bad, especially for the hotel without reception. They didn’t send me check-in instructions in advance, and I had to have a written communication with trip.com support on my arrival day for the whole day to get them, which is unacceptable. And also, even though they say they have 24/7 support, the hotel responded to me about my inquiry only the next day. They were nice to let us check-in later, but we needed this information earlier than we received it.
