HHakimhalymExcellent resort, nice and cozy. But there is deposit 300€ which is a bit shock, usually other hotels 100€. But no worries it return back once check out. Overall nice we have nice stay here.

1. Thermostat not working within the room were the ambient temperature I guess was around 25 degrees.
As front desk to resolve and was advised that none of the thermostats within the hotel worked as it was centrally heated. Advise was to open the window...obviously the front desk rep would not have slept in this room with the window open to the traffic noise.
2. Paid room tax by cash upon arrival and requested receipt for expenses and was advised i would receive this at checkout. So at checkout I was then advised the hotel had emailed the receipt to me and as you can guess I never received.
Front desk then advised it was being resent and likewise never received.
To the manager...I will ensure a return visit to your hotel in the coming weeks and expect you to refund my 4.50 Euros!

GGuest UserEverything was perfect except that we had check-in at another hotel which is about 5 mins drive from where we booked. It would be nice to give us an information beforehand not surprise us by a little note on the property and told us to follow the location. There was no parking spot at all at the hotel we had to check-in. Good thing that I wasn't a solo traveller. I can't imagine how I could check-in since the check-in location is far from walking distance and there wasn't a spot to park at the check-in location.

GGuest UserFacilities: The hotel is rather old; don't have high hopes. The wooden beds are from the 1990s. The pictures of my private room showed a small greenhouse, but upon check-in, it was a downgrade. Also, arriving at 7 AM meant self-check-in was the only option, and the room was too small!
Cleanliness: The bathroom sign said to put towels in the shower or bathtub for the next day's change, and I did, but they weren't changed!
Service: During breakfast, two people came to verify my identity, interrupting my meal even though they didn't speak English. The second time they checked, I wondered if it was something else, but it turned out they just checked again because I had taken off my coat and put it on the back of the chair; they didn't recognize my face! After that, they kept saying ”mistake,” completely ruining my mood!

想想不出逆臣It is a very good restaurant. It is not far from the Geshao Lake. It is suitable for self-driving. The fish for dinner is very good. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, it also meets the basic needs. Besides no fruit, the room facilities feel a certain number of years.

GGuest UserMy friend and I were for a night in the Loxone Campus. The hotel, the rooms and the wellness area were really very beautiful, modern and very clean. The service is very friendly. In the restaurant you can eat delicious. Super to relax.

GGuest User房間簡潔且乾淨，鑰匙很有特色很古典的形式。老闆也很隨性很友好。唯一不足的是床不咋地，太軟了，但睡一晚沒問題。酒店在城鎮中間，旁邊有一家披薩店很好吃。酒店還帶有早餐，很豐盛，温泉煮蛋別具一格。整體很推薦！

放放眼世界After dinner, I drove more than an hour from Salzburg to Lake Wolfgang. It was very late to the hotel. It was the last room. We arrived. The clerk stopped the car for us in the small courtyard. The room key was given to us and refused. Tip, lock the door and leave.
The hotel is right by the lake, the breakfast is very rich, the environment is very good and beautiful!

GGuest UserDon't be fooled by the description of Trip.com , the description that the room has 4 beds is wrong, one door hole is divided into two floors, but there is another door lock on the upper and lower floors. Room facilities are very general.
It is commendable that the front desk is very welcoming and the hotel is next door to the church in the sound of music. Parking at the door is free at night, and you have to park a little farther during the day (more than 50m roads)
Breakfast is also a regular European breakfast.
