Although there are two TVs, they are smaller than expected and cannot connect to personal devices. The swimming pool has beautiful views, and swimming is a good experience. The gym facilities are standard, and the exercise equipment offers breathtaking city views. The room rate is reasonable."

"Our second stop in Malaysia was The Majestic Malacca, and I was absolutely captivated by its vintage charm. The decor in the lobby, courtyard, and even the rooms was incredibly photogenic. It's a historic building itself, and the overall design, furnishings, and soft decor perfectly matched my aesthetic – I was so pleased! The hotel service was excellent, embodying the attentive spirit of British butler service. The staff were also very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was of exceptionally high quality. All in all, I absolutely loved this hotel. The only minor drawback was the soundproofing, which isn't ideal and might bother light sleepers. However, compared to the beauty of the property and the outstanding service, it's a minor detail I can easily overlook."

"We truly enjoyed our stay but not the lift. The family room is spacious, complete with bath tub and microwave, also complimentary drinks. Three bedrooms that can fit my family of seven and have space for the kids and baby ran around. Netflix and YouTube Channel, perfect for our little Stay at hotel vibes. But I think the in- room service is really important. We don't plan on going out to have dinner so we thought we could just order from the in room dining but apparently the hotel doesn't offer it. But we just ordered from Grab and it is not disappointing. Basic amenities like toothbrush, shower cream were also prepared. The pool and kids pool is huge but there are too many people staying at the hotel as well as The Shore (cause they share amenities) and the towel is not enough. We have to wait but the frustrating part is my room accommodated 5 adults but only 2 pool towels were allowed to be taken. Maybe the hotel could revise this rule. The picture shows only the third room (where I was sleeping). It is spacious and great for a single person and not to mention the table for working space. Ah, the down side like I mentioned, the lifts. It took forever for us to get to our room and to check out. But then again it's the holiday season, so the hotel was full, so I'll be understanding this time"

"Stayed overnight. Service was good. Got free cendol following their social media accounts in Instagram and Facebook. Car parking is limited. Room has very small window. Might be claustrophobic to some. Sound proofing was not very good. You can hear people walking in the hallway and even the preparation in the restaurant area (We stayed in room 122 and it was the first room you see right after the door in the ground floor). Mobile data is hard to access inside the rooms as well. They do provide wifi but inside the room was quite slow. Water pressure is quite not strong as I preferred but tolerable. Breakfast has limited choices but all were good. Especially the kuihs. We got welcome drinks and snack when we checked in. Location was really goodand is easy to drive to. Jonker Walk was indeed walkable. Over-all the stay overnight was okay. But I recommend to book rooms with windows 😅"

"Flawless stay. We were given a high-floor room facing the strait, offering an unbeatable view of the beautiful strait. It's about a 10-minute walk to Jonker Street archway and also 10 minutes to the Melaka River. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety."

"Location is good, lots of eateries with two Chinese coffee shops open morning for breakfast till lunch, from 7am -2pm. It’s only about 10 mins walk to the famous Jonkers Street. The room is spacious and clean but, there was a stench, likely from the carpet. I have stayed here for a few times,  like the convenience."

"The hotel was clean and tidy, but they didn't refill the soap. I had to call twice for an iron and board to be delivered. Everything seemed to require two calls to arrive at the door. The hotel food and pool were good, and the location was also fine. The only slight hassle was having to get a stamp for the parking ticket every time we wanted to leave. We made an effort to buy swimming attire for the pool as requested, only to find many people swimming in regular clothes! I'm really unhappy about this! Please, management, ensure everyone follows the rules!"

"Had a wonderful stay at Rosa Malacca! The hotel has a unique industrial-chic design and every corner is Instagram-worthy. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is convenient, just a short drive to Jonker Street and other attractions. Ample parking is also a big plus. Overall, Rosa Malacca offers a perfect combination of comfort, style, and excellent service. Highly recommended for couples, families, and anyone visiting Melaka. Will definitely come back again!"

TtheJMsOur kids enjoyed the stay very much. Although it’s located on the outskirts of Melaka, that’s actually part of its charm. It’s a nice place to slow down, unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The resort grounds are spacious and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and family-friendly. The resort also surprised us with a thoughtful anniversary welcome treat which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Areas for improvement: The main disappointment was the pool maintenance. The water could have been cleaner and there was a noticeable pee odour around the pool area. The bottom of the pool also appeared greenish and felt slightly slimey which made it yucky. Better upkeep and more frequent cleaning would greatly improve the overall guest experience. Overall: A good option for families looking for a quiet getaway near Melaka but the pool maintenance is something the resort should address.

AAnonymous UserMy stay at this hotel was fairly decent for a short trip. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the free outdoor parking provided for guests. However, the cleanliness could definitely be improved. The bedsheet did not seem properly changed, and there was a brownish stain in the middle of the bed, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. There was also an incident during the night when the safety box suddenly started beeping unexpectedly. Thankfully, after calling the front desk, the staff responded very quickly and came to solve the problem professionally, which I appreciated.

Love Estadia Deluxe Suite more than Estadia Family Suite bcos of the living room area, a lot more usable space. Impressed with the seriousness they have to feedback - one evening, we shared that one of the life button did not work, that lift was closed for maintenance the very next morning. We look forward to the hotel maintaining the facilities and room conditions to better serve guests in comfort!

The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, which made our stay pleasant and relaxing. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited, and the taste was below our expectations. Unfortunately, it was not really to our liking. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but I hope the hotel can improve the breakfast options in the future.
