istalagmitesStayed overnight. Service was good. Got free cendol following their social media accounts in Instagram and Facebook.
Car parking is limited. Room has very small window. Might be claustrophobic to some. Sound proofing was not very good. You can hear people walking in the hallway and even the preparation in the restaurant area (We stayed in room 122 and it was the first room you see right after the door in the ground floor). Mobile data is hard to access inside the rooms as well. They do provide wifi but inside the room was quite slow. Water pressure is quite not strong as I preferred but tolerable. Breakfast has limited choices but all were good. Especially the kuihs. We got welcome drinks and snack when we checked in.
Location was really goodand is easy to drive to. Jonker Walk was indeed walkable.
Over-all the stay overnight was okay. But I recommend to book rooms with windows 😅

theJMsOur kids enjoyed the stay very much. Although it’s located on the outskirts of Melaka, that’s actually part of its charm. It’s a nice place to slow down, unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The resort grounds are spacious and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and family-friendly.
The resort also surprised us with a thoughtful anniversary welcome treat which was a lovely touch and much appreciated.
Areas for improvement:
The main disappointment was the pool maintenance. The water could have been cleaner and there was a noticeable pee odour around the pool area. The bottom of the pool also appeared greenish and felt slightly slimey which made it yucky. Better upkeep and more frequent cleaning would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
Overall:
A good option for families looking for a quiet getaway near Melaka but the pool maintenance is something the resort should address.

Anonymous UserMy stay at this hotel was fairly decent for a short trip. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the free outdoor parking provided for guests. However, the cleanliness could definitely be improved. The bedsheet did not seem properly changed, and there was a brownish stain in the middle of the bed, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.
There was also an incident during the night when the safety box suddenly started beeping unexpectedly. Thankfully, after calling the front desk, the staff responded very quickly and came to solve the problem professionally, which I appreciated.

Anonymous UserStayed over the weekend and we were surprised by how big the outdoor and indoor playground. Good size for our toddler to be running around. Definitely a good place to stay for family with little kids! Also, there’s a washing bay by the sandpit, well thought of!

Juliana TohLovely place that maintained its charm. Can work on room maintenance, shower head and water pressure. Otherwise very satisfied with the room. Love Estadia Deluxe Suite more than Estadia Family Suite bcos of the living room area, a lot more usable space. Impressed with the seriousness they have to feedback - one evening, we shared that one of the life button did not work, that lift was closed for maintenance the very next morning. We look forward to the hotel maintaining the facilities and room conditions to better serve guests in comfort!

Vinothini VijayakumaranThis was my first time staying at this hotel in Melaka, and it was a comfortable stay for my husband, our 1-year-old son, and me. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, which made our stay pleasant and relaxing.
However, the breakfast selection was quite limited, and the taste was below our expectations. Unfortunately, it was not really to our liking. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but I hope the hotel can improve the breakfast options in the future.

Guest UserThe location is incredibly convenient. Just downstairs and around the corner, there are so many food options within walking distance – you'll never go hungry, even without a car. It's also super close to San Shu Gong Red House, about a 10-minute walk. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Plus, the restaurant right next door downstairs is delicious!
