Magnifico y hermoso lugar en medio de un bosque en Renaca. Muy agradable el fuego de las chimeneas en el comdero y el bar. Mi hijo Roberto se entretuvo mucho en la mesa de billar junto al bar y la chimenea. Delicioso spa y masajes que recomiendo . Estupendo desayuno completo y variado con muy buena atencion a la mesa, no buffet como en la mayoria de los lugares. Muy seguro , ideal para descansar y alejarse del ruido , en medio de la quietud del bosque. Simplemente TODO MAGNIFICO! Viajamos por 2 semanas y estuvimos en 3 diferentes lugares pero debo admitir que BOSQUE DE RENACA ES EL MEJOR de todos!

I also stayed at this hotel last year and was really happy with it, which is why we returned this year. But this year it wasn't the same. The shower in my room was leaking water all the way to the bed. There was also a leak in the sink, which I obviously reported. They went to fix it, but it wasn't completely fixed, so the leak continued. They came back again, and it wasn't completely fixed. In short, it wasn't very comfortable. After informing them of the situation, they offered me a room change, but to a smaller one, which I declined. The solution they gave me was to stay there and they would give me more towels to dry the water. That was bad. The good thing is the location, very close to the beach, which makes a lot of things easier. I don't know if I would go back...

Stayed in the 100-point hotel in my mind, it was great! ! I received a warm welcome when I got off the plane. The hotel colleagues were very warm and friendly. The girl who picked up the plane was very beautiful. ～ When I arrived at the hotel, I received special welcome drink❤️. The location of the hotel is in the center of the town, the room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is particularly rich! Back to the hotel after a day out, I feel particularly healing and relaxing ～ Even if you don't do anything, sitting quietly on the sofa at the entrance of the hotel and blowing the hair is very comfortable and comfortable. Ну довольно странное место для отеля. Вокруг гетто и ничего нет. У нас был номер без балкона. Лучше не бронируйте его, тк вид на океан загораживала крыша ресторана, который расположен внизу. Сам отель приятный, чистый. Не хватает общих зон на улице чтобы сидеть с видом на океан. Бассейн грязный, даже ноги мочить не хотелось. Завтрак неплохой, есть колбасы, сыр, фрукты, йогурт, яйца. Есть своя парковка, что очень актуально в гетто-районе)

A hotel literally on the sea, very nice, first class. The spa very good pool, massages, a wonderful outdoor hot tub on the roof. Excellent bar and restaurant. The outstanding attention of Eduardo at the Bar and Benjamin in the restaurant. The food was very good, especially the shrimp curry, the sorretinos with pesto and the Del Mar fruit gratin. Don't forget to have a complimentary sparkling wine on the terrace of the bar.

MMister StephenThis hotel is about 250 meters walk from the airport. Turn right out the front gate of the airport, cross the road and walk. Look for the hotel name on a big rock and walk down for ten meters. It's a twenty minute walk from town center. Kenatea was a great host, allowing me late check out. Very comfortable bed and nicely landscaped. Very good wifi. Nice pool. I enjoyed my stay. Good continental breakfast.

GGuest UserHotel location was not bad as it is near to many eating places. Amenities are poor as they only provide 1 small bar of soap for handwashing. Nothing was provided for bathing except for a smalltube of shampoo for bathing. Not even a box of tissue and no drinking water. How much can they save going to such lengths of austerity? Worn out towels.
