Our stay was fantastic! Special thanks to Ms. Zhan at the front desk for her thoughtful service and help during check-in. She upgraded our room when possible and gave us recommendations for evening activities. What really stood out was when she offered us two warm, yes, warm walnut cookies – they were so comforting and delicious, like coming home, especially since we were a bit hungry! We extended our stay for another night, and Ms. Jia at the front desk was equally warm and attentive. The entire hotel, from its facilities to its soft services, feels grand and well-designed. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of choices. I also appreciate their strong commitment to environmental protection, with trash cans that have ditched plastic bags – excellent!

My top choice for business trips! It's close to my workplace and easily accessible. The room is quiet, the desk and chair are comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is fast. They offer laundry service, which is professional, and the front desk staff are warm and efficient, making check-in and check-out quick. The whole check-in process was smooth, saving me time and hassle. Highly recommended!

A great place for a weekend getaway! The service was excellent; they even helped us with our luggage to the room. A special thanks to Xiao Dong for their service. We were upgraded to a lake-view room, and the balcony offered a stunning view with quaint bridges and the lake. After settling in, we walked along Nanhu Lake to Nanhu Tiandi for dinner and stumbled upon a bread festival, which was a lovely surprise and we got some great finds. Back at the hotel, we found that turndown service had been provided. The next morning, after breakfast, we headed to Haogu Pagoda. I actually wanted to go there on the first afternoon, but we couldn't find the small back entrance, and neither could several other groups who came looking later. We eventually realized it was blocked by illegally parked cars. I hope the hotel can put up a sign there to explain this. After descending the pagoda, we took another stroll around the hotel grounds to enjoy the garden scenery before leaving. We skipped Yuehe and Zicheng, which were mentioned online, as we had to head back in the afternoon, and having been to Xitang, I didn't feel the need to visit another water town; once a year is enough for me. I actually prefer places like Nanhu Tiandi. Of course, for those with more time, it's worth exploring all these places.

The whole hotel is rebuilt from Zhangzhou Mansion, full of history. The room design is very reasonable and the light is very transparent. The location is excellent, leaving the most noisy street in Shuitingmen, but it is only 5 minutes walk, which is particularly convenient. Like it! Come live later. Special reminder: The freshly cooked thin-skinned dumplings provided for breakfast are delicious.

Staying at the Kaichen Hotel during the May Day holiday was truly wonderful! The location is convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept soundly until I naturally woke up. The service was warm and attentive; both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very polite, and their attention to detail was impressive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and overall, it was excellent value for money. Finding such a comfortable hotel during a holiday trip really made my mood better. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

I was so lucky to snag the last room of this type! The hotel's location is super convenient, about 200 meters from the visitor center, and they even helped transport my luggage. Staying inside the scenic area meant it was really quiet at night. I could settle into my room first and then explore the whole place from beginning to end – the route was perfect. For breakfast, the front desk helped me book an early dim sum session, and eating by the water was such a treat, right near the hotel. One of the piers was also right next door. A special thanks to Ms. Xiao Shi, who assisted us; she was incredibly thoughtful from confirming details before check-in to helping us leave the scenic area after check-out, offering lots of practical tips 🥰 One day was definitely too short; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Wuzhen!!!

The room was clean and tidy, and the room service was very enthusiastic. The front desk was also very considerate, thank you. The hotel is right next to the train station, within walking distance, and there are many snack bars and night markets nearby. It was a good experience.

This is the most comfortable stay I've ever had in Zhoushan. The owner was very welcoming, and the beach was just a few hundred meters away from the guesthouse. There was free parking. I stayed in a room on the fourth floor, which was very charming with a great view of the sea. There were also dining options available on-site. It was great value for money!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel is a bit older, but everything is very well-maintained. The lake-view room offers a delightful view, and being on a higher floor makes it even more pleasant. I've visited Qiandao Lake several times, and compared to others, this hotel offers great value for money. Upon check-in, we received welcome snacks and fresh fruit in the room, and at check-out, a farewell gift. The service was warm, polite, and attentive, and the room cleaning was impeccable. Just a heads-up: there are many families with children vacationing here, so if you prefer a quiet environment, it might be a bit noisy. Also, during peak times, there can be a queue for breakfast. Overall, this is a hotel I'd definitely return to!

Cleanliness: Regarding cleanliness, I often saw staff cleaning the hotel and courtyard during my stay, so there were no major issues here. It was very clean and fresh. Environment: The environment is the most praiseworthy aspect! After much research, I blindly chose this hotel and was so pleasantly surprised! You can see a panoramic view of Qiandao Lake directly from the first floor. Service: Excellent! Everyone was very polite. Since we were traveling with a child, they proactively offered assistance during breakfast, bringing a high chair and disposable bibs, which was incredibly thoughtful and very friendly for families with babies. We'll definitely come again! Finally, I hope the hotel's breakfast could include a section specifically for younger babies; that would be even better!
