The hotel's location is fantastic; a small gate leads directly to the boardwalk around South Lake and Haogu Pagoda, and it's about a kilometer's walk to Nanhu Tiandi. The hotel's public areas are grand, the gardens are beautiful, and the room size is decent. We stayed in a courtyard room with a small private yard. We tried both the buffet dinner and the Japanese restaurant, both of which were good. The pool is a bit small but still fun enough. It's a great choice for a family staycation with kids.

This hotel belongs to the same group as the neighboring Grand Court Hotel, which can be a bit confusing. The breakfast is shared among a few hotels, and I must say the standard is quite high, with a wide variety and excellent quality. The restaurant staff even pre-prepare coffee to avoid long queues at the coffee machine, which is a big plus. One particularly commendable aspect is the hotel's complimentary shuttle service for guests arriving from the South Station. The shuttle is a large and comfortable Zeekr MPV. The driver contacts you in advance via WeChat to share the route. It's a quick and convenient service. Even without the shuttle, the hotel is just a stone's throw from the South Station, easily accessible via a pedestrian overpass, making it a straightforward walk.

Upon my late-night arrival, Bola at the front desk greeted me with a smile and informed me that my room had been upgraded to a suite. That instantly brightened up my whole trip! 😁 The suite itself was incredibly spacious, with a separate living area and bedroom, perfect for both work and relaxation. The amenities were thoughtfully designed, from the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows to the deep soaking tub – every detail exuded quality. I especially loved the sofa area by the window, where I could quietly watch the river flow by. Bola was not only highly professional but also proactively asked about my travel needs. This seven-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation; it's incredibly well-maintained. The butler and customer service staff were exceptional. I do have a suggestion though: it would be great if the Rainbow Bridge had a bicycle ramp, perhaps a few dozen centimeters wide, so bikes could be pushed across (cycling isn't allowed, but at least pushing them would be possible). Cycling around Taihu Lake is a growing trend in sports tourism, and I believe this would add a new attraction and draw more guests to the Moon Hotel.

The facilities are well-equipped. The bathtub water temperature was perfect for a soak, which is a pleasant surprise as even some high-end hotels sometimes miss the mark. The toiletries provided were also very comfortable to use, maintaining the hotel's premium feel. However, building #7 lacks dining, fitness, and leisure amenities, with all public facilities concentrated in building #8. A shuttle service helps to bridge this gap, and the trade-off is a very peaceful environment. The cleanliness was exceptional. The room, including corners and the bathroom, was spotless. The grounds were also kept meticulously clean. The environment is stunning, right next to West Lake. The hotel's garden and landscaping are beautiful, with greenery and water features everywhere. The terrace room offers a comfortable and enjoyable view. The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, and the front desk proactively inquired about my needs and were always willing to assist, responding very promptly.

Sharing the same front desk and pool as the Marriott, the pool is a real highlight and perfect for kids. The room comes with an induction hob, which is handy if you want to cook your own meals. It's right next to the Trade City, and only about a 10-minute taxi ride to Binwang Night Market.

The entertainment facilities were comprehensive, including a huge private swimming pool where every shot was a masterpiece. The ambiance was amazing at night, especially with the lights on. The rooms were spotless, and the soft, plush bedding made for a super comfortable and restful sleep. The heart-pounding amusement park was just a few hundred meters away, and we didn't have to wait in line at all the next day. My friend and I were extremely satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time!

It was close to the Dragon Boat Festival, and the hotel even prepared Zongzi gift boxes, making us feel completely at home and valued. If you wanted to go to any area, a quick call to the front desk would have a shuttle car ready to take you. Our room was on the first floor, and upon entering, a pleasant aroma filled the air. I loved the new Chinese style decor, even the bedding had a Chinese flair. During an evening stroll, we passed by Building No. 1 and, with the Leifeng Pagoda in the background, learned that this was where leaders from over thirty countries and regions took a group photo during the Hangzhou Summit. Now for the minor drawbacks: the soundproofing of the room door wasn't great; you could hear people opening doors and talking in the hallway. The bathroom door, however, was quite heavy and took some effort to open and close. And there were some cobwebs on the ceiling above the bed – a small detail. Overall, the minor flaws don't overshadow the brilliance; it truly is a dazzling pearl on the tender and picturesque West Lake!

The lobby also features unique Thangka decorations, blending Ouyue culture with ******* aesthetics, creating a distinctive charm. With sunlight streaming in, casting beautiful light and shadow, the atmosphere is simply stunning, making every photo look like a magazine spread. I stayed in a deluxe river-view room, and it was an excellent choice. The room was spacious and airy, with a well-organized layout. Check-in was swift and efficient, and they proactively offered guidance and meticulous, thoughtful service. Their gentle demeanor and patience made the entire experience feel both dignified and relaxing. Facilities were also exceptionally well-appointed. A 25-meter heated swimming pool and a professional fitness center were all available, with new and well-maintained equipment. The 'O Café' Western restaurant and 'Shang Palace' Chinese restaurant offered a rich variety of authentic dishes. The hotel also features a children's playground, making it a great option for families traveling with kids. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. The elegant environment, breathtaking views, and attentive service make it perfect for both business trips and leisure vacations. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Wenzhou!

The room was very clean and well-equipped. We even got a room upgrade! My kid didn't want to leave. The shower had great water pressure. The restaurant on the 27th floor had a comfortable atmosphere, and the breakfast selection was extensive. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Jinhua.
