The facilities were good and the view was good. I received a spa service, but the time was short, but the child was satisfied with our couple. Breakfast was a bit unfortunate but overall the price was satisfactory
Very good.
I could check in even at 11 in the morning, instead at 2 pm.
The room was small, but perfect for solo traveller.
Plenty of the SPA facilities, friendly staff, speak multiple languages.
Nice breakfast ( except water melon, at some point, in the beginning it was empty, but not refilled during the service)
I really loved the tea room with the amazing choice of different teas.
I would definitely stay there again during my next visit to Karlovy Vary.
Great location with a multilingual staff! The free 3-hour access to Saunia is a big plus + the added convenience of an in-house clinic that offers several therapies as well as spa services. The breakfast buffet is very filling and varied. All in all, a very convenient location and hotel stay!
Next to the hot spring area, you can take bus No. 2 from the bus terminal (the bus terminal name looks at the picture handwritten), about ten minutes to reach the stop sign in front of the hotel.
Opposite the hotel, there is a famous golden elephant coffee. You can experience the 100-year-old coffee when you have time.
There are not many foreigners in this hot spring area...
The greeting was nice. When we arrived at 15:00, we checked in, and then when we entered the room, we found it wasn't ready and had to be cleaned. We should wait half an hour and just leave our luggage in front of the room in the hall 🤔. More than a dry excuse was not from the hotel. Generally, the cleanness issue still remained air up: hair in the food, glasses and coat was not cleaned enough so strips and sticks were still to be seen. After the 2nd night our room was not cleaned between, after the 1st night. The shower in the sauna area requires a ground cleaning.
But we were especially playing golf there and the plant did not disappoint. The price-performance level was great.
Very friendly staff. Super breakfast. Great and nice rooms. Great beds. Great bathroom with windows. refrigerator. flat screen TV. Very quiet. Sauna landscape quiet and relaxed. Directly at the park.
Parking at the hotel at a price.
Rooms were great! But not worthy of 5 star hotel yet because of hotel receptionist service which wasn’t as friendly and housekeeping was so slow. Needed to call again to chase them for a body conditioner.
Facitilies were great. Thai massage was very good. Bar and restaurant staffs were good too.
Simply beautiful a dream large room from the finest and a wonderful rich breakfast and very nice staff from breakfast to reception simply for the comfort and several times a little small but still uses the swimming pool there Can you relax and it's okay we can come back guaranteed.

AAnonymous UserA very nice hotel with excellent service. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, and the spa area is very relaxing, although it is a bit small for such a large hotel. Highly recommended for a stay in Karlovy Vary!
GGary0423The hotel is located on top of hills, which is not so convenient for travelers with luggage. There are 3 buildings within the hotel, 2 of them connected. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are in building 2.
My room is in building 3, seems to be newly renovated. Spacious space for a single room with a view of wood forest and next castle building. The toilet and shower room are separated. Only 1 body-and-hair shampoo is provided. But the soundproofing is not so great, you may hear the talking and laughing from the nest room clearly at night.
The front desk gentleman is so kind and attentive, highly appreciated for his service. The breakfast is average and could be crowded during holidays.

GGuest UserWe loved this hotel. The rooms were large with plenty of storage and very comfortable beds. It was a short walk to the park and there were many restaurants nearby. There is a salt cave very close by that we also enjoyed. The spa is a little disorganized but the treatments were very good. I would definitely go back.
GGuest UserWe have reserved amd paid 5 rooms but only provided 4 rooms upon arrival. Eventhough that the hotel offered another room in a nearby hotel (which is less renovated than Corso), it takes us nearly an hour to negotiate, the staff is super helpful in this case but it was an unpleasant experience at all.

WWKEIt is excellent to have both breakfast and dinner included in the booking. The 1st night dinner is too salty and the second night dinner becomes normal taste and very good. There are variety of food in breakfast.
PPratheekTotally recommended!!
The hotel is situated in beautiful outskirts of karlovy Vary. 15 min drive to the city. The hotel looks like a palace with helping and friendly staffs. Spa area is also very clean and tidy
