I booked to stay at the location on short notice and in the days before an event in Melbourne. Regarding the booking I got a very good rate. I can’t complain about the price. The location was excellent for my needs and was close to the city centre and food. There is an Aldi directly beside it too. The overall check in and I suppose check out process was easy enough but I felt like the counter staff were expecting a complaint when you approach and so weren’t very friendly until they realise you aren’t complaining, at least I wasn’t. The room to be honest was fine. The place is not brand new but the sheets were clean, the shower was clean and for $90 a night I had a 2 bedroom apartment with enough space got 4 people so it was fine. I read reviews on another site after booked and it was harrowing thinking that I was going to be staying in a bed bug infested dirty roach hotel however, it was not the case. Overall the room was honestly run down with old furniture but there was a full size working fridge, microwave, tv that worked and had Netflix, hot water and a comfortable enough bed with clean sheets.

I have 2 issues one is the check in and check out time 10 am check out is too early if check in is after 2pm . I wanted to purchase breakfast add on but was told not possible at food checkout even though they had terminal, had to go to reception to do , however reception said they could do at breakfast bar which I just came from !  Second at reception I informed them that my room would not be vacant rd until breakfast was consumed at 10.30 , no problems but upon returning to room it had been serviced at some of my belongings removed!! Because we were traveling to and from the Great Ocean Road to see the Twelve Apostles, we saw this resort hotel that included breakfast, and the price was very reasonable. Plus, the hotel isn't far from the Geelong visitor center, so we could also take a stroll along Geelong's waterfront. The room was spacious, and the shower facilities with a handheld showerhead were excellent, making it perfect for a family road trip to use as a stopover on the way to the Great Ocean Road. Although the hotel breakfast wasn't particularly elaborate, basic items like eggs, various breads, yogurt, juice, coffee, and tea were available from 7 AM, which is great for travelers who need to get an early start.

I arrived at late check-in time on 2/11 Sunday and Mildua Inlander's staff was after office hour so I contacted to staff for room check-in by phone call, Staff are so helpful to help me to collect the room key and required admin work. However, due to the resort's layout and my room location(my room is ROOM 90), the circulation of the hotel is not poor, poor room ordering(it is not by 101 for on 1/F like typical hotel, it is using 1-50 for G/F, 51-100 for level 1; if 101-110 for block 1, 121-129 for block 2, 131-139 for block 3, 141-150 for block 4 would be better), no coherent corridor at the end, not much signage and map/easy to miss, no Lift or easy ramp for level 1. so, it is hard to find my room and poor experience before entry the room. Room is good for me. One thing is: can consider to have openable window after the mosquito net on the balcony sliding door if I don't want to turn on the air-conditioner.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the town hall, making it easy to walk to anywhere in the city center. Although it's a 3-star hotel in an old building, the facilities are very new, the bed is soft, and there's a mini-fridge. The only downside is that the internet can be a bit slow when there are a lot of people, but that doesn't affect my overall rating!

I recently stayed at an Ibis Style Melbourne Airport Hotel, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The receptionist, Linda, was absolutely amazing—her friendliness and helpfulness made a great first impression. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided the perfect environment for a good night's rest before my flight the next morning.  The complimentary shuttle bus service was incredibly convenient and made getting to the airport a breeze. I truly appreciated this added benefit. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and will definitely return during my next trip. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

Choose carefully. All aspects of the accommodation are OK, it should be noted that the hotel has a side of the road is a cemetery.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! As soon as I entered the lobby, I was impressed by its grandeur. The staff were all incredibly warm and friendly, and check-in was super quick with no complicated procedures. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the bed was so soft and comfortable, it made me want to fall asleep as soon as I lay down. The in-room amenities were also excellent; the TV, air conditioning, and kettle all worked perfectly. Plus, the bathroom was spotless and completely odor-free. The hotel's location is great too, with convenient transportation and plenty of delicious food and fun places nearby. I'll definitely be back to stay here again if I have the chance!

I stay at this park regularly and was a bit upset when l arrived this time to find l had been booked into a cabin towards the back of the park when l had booked and paid for a cabin with a lake view. The lady on the desk explained that there had been an error on the booking site saying that there was a water view cabin available at the time l booked when there wasn't any left. She then explained that the manager had rang and explained this to the people affected. I never received any phone calls or messages. I didn't receive any refund for the mix up and was told l had been given an upgrade to the cabin at the back of the park. The cabin we were given looked at the road, had a broken tile in bathroom in front of the shower, one light in lounge room not working, a broken glass in the cupboard, dirty cutlery in drawer and a TV that was so tiny other than that it was the same as the room with the lake view so how was it an upgrade ?
