The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet, the breakfast was very good buffet style, it's on the outskirts of Mérida although you can get to the center in 5 minutes by car, it's next to a shopping center, burger, Carrefour, the experience was very good.

Absolutely loved this parador! We also upgraded from the basic room - and it was worth it! Good and helpful staff! We had a lovely dinner there!

The picture is the public area and window of the hotel. It happens to be a square. Every day, the square is full of drinkers all day long. The main scenic spots around are all within walking distance. The hotel's breakfast ham is very good. The 4-year-old child does not charge the head fee but charges more than ten euros for breakfast.

We enjoyed our one night at the hotel. The lobby and the common spaces were all well decorated and clean. The rooms were well kept, clean and comfortable, everything worked. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was breakfast, there were few choices and just underwhelming for a four star hotel. I would still recommend this hotel and would stay there again

Everything was great, the hotel is very new. The parking area was good. It's a 10-minute walk from the center. There was a little lint and dust on the furniture and floor in the room, but the furniture and the hotel itself are super new, modern, and spacious.
